Today, I was finally able to see something I’ve always wanted to see: Room A113! Room A113 is the legendary classroom at CalArts where Disney and Pixar animators have learned their craft for decades, and the source of the infamously ubiquitous A113 Easter egg. My cousin (who is taking a summer animation program at the school) also showed me the Palace (another famous classroom), the Bijou Theatre, and the Hall of Graffiti - which will seem a little familiar to my fellow Carleton University alumni. 😉 That feeling when you cross something BIG off your bucket list.... just, wow.
