Habits of successful students
Discipline: “discipline is doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t want to”, which means that you have to force yourself to start doing things.
Concentration: when you make a real effort in your work (study, homeworks etc…) you will be more likely to actually focus, understand and learn.
Organization: always set tasks and goals and organize a study-schedule. Maybe you don’t really want to plan all the week, but if you just wake up and open your agenda/bullet journal/iphone calendar and write down all the things you have to do, setting due dates and deadlines, you’ll feel more conscious and encouraged to stay on track.
Tasks-splitting: sometimes, you write down your tasks. Some of these tasks may be very hard and complicated, and it will take a long long time to complete them. So, you can split them in smaller tasks, so you will feel satisfied after a shorter period of time, instead of studying for hours and still seeing that chapter undone on your study-schedule.
Watch the sunrise: when I wake up late, I feel like I don’t have enought time to do my work and lose my motivation. I literally panic and then I think “whatever, I could not complete all the things anyway”. So, if you wake up earlier you will feel more positive and controlled.
Smart reading: try not to read your textbook just like a newspaper. For every paragraph you read, try to underline and write down key words and then your question about that subject. Literally, turn your textbook into questions. If you write down question - particularly why…? - and think about the answer, you will be more likely to remember that stuff later.
Healthy lifestile: if you don’t drink enough water in the morning, you will be more likely to have a decrease of concentration in the afternoon/evening, so: stay hydrated. Try also to have some snaks every one-two hours: feed your brain.
Good habits you can start working on now
Washing your face/not sleeping with make up on
Using a planner
Drinking more water
Making your bed
Taking your vitamins/medication
Going on walks
Reading something every day, even if it’s just an article online
Paying someone a compliment
Checking to make sure you aren’t holding tension in your body
Breathing exercises
Putting everything in its proper place before you go to work/school for the day or before you go to bed
Reminding yourself you’re capable

INFP Problems
1) Don’t tell me to make a schedule. I will follow it for like 3 days and then fuck it up and do want I want anyway.
2) I can have a pretty good day, and feel fine. Then suddenly I’m all like…life is meaningless. I will soon disintegrate and enter an eternal void where I will not be remembered. Is heaven real?
3) I remember a lot of random facts about people, and in conversation I seem like a creepy motherfucker because they can’t even remember my name.
4) I fall in love with strangers all the time and they probably don’t even notice my face pass by.
5) I get so deep into my thoughts I probably wouldn’t notice if the apocalypse ripped through my bedroom and tore my clothes clean off.
6) I find things funny that other people don’t understand. Like, the other day I randomly thought “what if someone tripped over a rock and flew into orbit”. I proceeded to laugh for like 10 minutes, and when I tried to explain to others why, they were like 😐😬
These may just be my own problems! But if you can relate or have anything to share, we can talk! Haha 😊
Number 6 is basically my entire life.
I'm attempting to do some bullet journaling sorta stuff for the next week idk I never post so I thought I would start.
I cannot stress this enough- Build a routine. Build Habits. Wake up every day and get used to being productive, one day at a time. Do this for long enough and eventually you’ll be at your goal without even realising it.

just one more reason why the incredibles (2004) is the best superhero movie out there
