a parent

a drug addict

a vigilante 

a music nerd

one person with a steady job

one person who works a crappy job for a crappy place to stay and a flexible schedule

one person working two jobs to make ends meet

people who are expected to be adults but aren’t good at it

someone who is actually an adult despite looking like a kid

lots of queer kids!

a guy who went to the moon to gain fatherly approval and run away from societal expectations

mental illness! anxiety and depression abound!

everyone is walk walk fashion baby, gay gay gay, or i woke up in this dumpster, thanks, and those are the only fashion choices

all of them are emotionally stunted by their parents

not really a person-thing but the pay phones, answering machines, and VHS tapes are High Quality Nostalgia
