Time for my Introduction Post!!!
Hiya there! My name is Elle, and I’m a silly little queer cow furry who lives with my GF in the PNW! My fursona’s name is Marshmallow (honorably named by my gf) and because of that my username for a lot of games is Marshmelleow, it’s a funky little fusion of my real and fursona name!
Here’s what I look like! I’ve got the fluff of a highland cow and the fur pattern of your average Holstein-Friesian cow who got into the blue hair dye.
A common question I get asked is “if you’re a girl cow, why do you have horns?”
The very simple answer to that is that I’m trans! It was an intentional design decision to put the horns on my fursona as an indicator of my transgender identity! I hope y’all find that as cool as I do teehee.
Hobbies & Things I Enjoy!
Huge Music Nerd, Musician & Producer
It really spans across all genres. I’m a producer myself and one of the things I love to do is mix genres together to create some cool fusions. I also play various instruments like the Trombone, Baritone, Tenor Saxophone, and more! I’d say my favorite genres though are probably hip-hop & funk.
Games I Play
Like most other posters here I also have my fair share of video games I enjoy! The list is pretty huge so I’ll boil it down as much as I can. My personal favorite game is Final Fantasy 14 and some of my favorite games include Pokémon, Minecraft, Terraria, Helldivers 2, The Splatoon Series, No Mans Sky, Regretevator, Fortnite, and many more! I’m also a pretty big fan of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, but more as a casual collector than a player.
VR Enthusiast
EASILY one of the best purchases I’ve ever made was my VR headset. I have roughly ~500 hours in VRChat right now but the funny thing is pretty much none of it is ever spent in public worlds because I have terrible social anxiety. The only time I really do "public" VRC worlds is during furality or when I'm genuinely bored out of my mind & a friend is already there. Most of my VR time is spent hanging out with friends either on my own time or at the little game night we do every Friday.
My Wife
I am very happily taken by the love of my life @ariathedragongirl. We've been together for coming up on 3 years now (07/01 is our anniversary) and I couldn't be happier with who I've chosen to live my life with. She is my world and my everything 💙💚
Nature & Space
To absolutely no ones surprise the therian cow lady likes pretty plants and cute little critters, however she also LOVES space as well. I absolutely love just going on walks just to go around and look at things, whether its the landscape, some weird overgrown buildings, or looking up at the vast and endless amount of stars in the sky. My favorite types of walks to take are night time walks specifically because I love space so much and its just so cool to me how many endless possibilities are out there. It is genuinely a dream of mine to go to one of the no light pollution zones and see the night sky for how it truly is.
Sona Info!
In terms of how my sona lives life? I mean, they're my sona, so they pretty much live my life but if had some more free time to pick up some extra hobbies, so what exactly do they do that I don't?
Gardening
Just like how I love nature in real life, my sona shares this same appreciation for life, but now she has the time (and energy) to actually grow her own garden!
Flower Crowns!
I've always absolutely LOVED flower crowns but unfortunately lack the dexterity and delicacy to make good quality ones myself, thats why I've given this trait to my sona, who will probably be receiving art of them wearing one soon!
Costume Design
You can absolutely bet that if I had the money, materials, and sketching skills, I would be doing this IRL. I'm already getting into drag and things of the sorts so this is honestly just a bucket list item from me to move from my sona section to the hobbies section 😭
Conditions/Disorders
While this is NOT a subject I was at all enthused to talk about especially on a public space, but its been intensely impacting my life long enough (and increasingly frequently enough) for me to finally actually talk about it. Unfortunately due to being hit with repetitive traumatic events before my brain could really develop, I unfortunately developed a condition known as Dissociative Identity Disorder, which to make an INCREDIBLY long story short means I have different personality states or alters, and going between these personality states or alters usually comes with pretty debilitating memory loss/mind fog. I don't really have any control over when said switching happens, but I've noticed that the more stressful environment, the more the switching and memory shenanigans will occur. Am I dumbing this down to an incredible degree to keep things in this post concise? Absolutely, this is an incredibly challenging condition to live with, but we are doing ok. I primarily wanted to include this segment because we will be making side blogs for everyone in our system who wants one! In lighter news I am also autistic!
Gimmick/OC Accounts!
Ever since I joined tumblr I’ve just let the cringe consume me so I created an account for my splatoon OC to post as if splatoon were real life and it has honestly been one of the most fun accounts to run of all time so I decided to include it as a section here!
