And third, the contrast between his pale skin and the dark background makes him look even more tired (tho… his face card NEVER fails. He looks handsome, that is for sure)

Angel Suguru? Fallen angel Suguru? We are in love with the idea! And also with the contrast between lights and shadows, which creates such an amazing atmosphere. Mod carm thinks that his hand moving towards the wound and his painless (but angry) expression are truly inspiring: can’t stop looking at them!

Oh this one hurts </3 We can’t see either of their faces and that breaks something in us. The messy and angry lines? The way Satoru’s looking down? We can feel his regret and sorrow through the screen! Let’s all hide under our covers and sob for a while :D

Let’s all stop for a second to admire the colors and the lines here! Satoru’s hair is soooo special and the coloring style here makes mod carm spin and dance AHAH! The heartfelt hug, together with Suguru’s smile and Satoru’s expression… we don’t know if we should cheer or cry, but! We can just admire the work a little longer before deciding!

THE TRAGEDY. They’re doomed both in canon and in art, apparently: Suguru as the fallen angel means they’re never going to be together again and it BREAKS us </3 to escape from their angsty history and from their too-far-away-hands which are never reaching each other, we’ll focus on the way their wings are painted :D aren’t they beautiful?
