Although Leo remained apprehensive at how strong Morgan was coming on, Leo never turned down a chance to talk about himself.  ”Yeah, compared to the old days wars are so out, but Love on the other hand could not possibly be more in.”  Leo grinned turning towards Morgan.  ”Even without magic I’ve got a knack for relationships, and did you know that mundies will pay to have strangers tell them who to love over the internet?  So I’ve cashed in on that market with online services in the entire continental US as well as Canada, and we’re working on a global launch in the next few months.”

Morgan chuckled as the other spoke. He could see the other's eyes light up as he bragged about himself and the future of his business. "That's most impressive, creating a business out of a basic human emotion. As you say, the mundies will pay for.. anything." Morgan smiled. The mundies, especially the political-minded ones, always came to him for his business. "And what about you, Leo? Have you indulged in this business of yours? Have you found a night of love through your phone?"

"Probably." He agreed calmly. But it was slightly uncomfortable to him that the other knew so much about him and his story and he wasn’t sure about who Morrigan was, despite of the few rumors he heard back to his years as goddess of hunt and moon, rumors that he decided not to believe. "Indeed. Strange and quite uncommon. It’s… A pleasure to meet you, Morgan. The humans know me as Aaron Mason. But I’d rather to be called by my real name, if you don’t mind."

"I don't mind at all, Artemis." Morgan replied, nodding his head in compliance. "But don't kid yourself. It's rarely a pleasure to meet me." Morgan sat back and scanned the other with his eyes. Morgan wasn't sure what the Christian god tried to do, but he wasn't complaining at the beautiful bodies the old gods and goddesses now had. "And what of Aaron? What does he do today? You were once a great huntress, but now you're a...?"

Well, not that this wasn’t pleasant, but Morgan here was turning out to be the most intense deity Leo had ever met, and he’d met a fair share of intense deities.  ”That sounds… sinister.”  He managed to reply, doing his best to cover the fact that this man was making him pretty damn nervous.  ”Does that make you a death goddess as well?  Y’know I always wondered why more pantheons didn’t double up war and death, it seems like one person could control all of that very easily.”

Morgan watched the other speak. The reports he had received were indeed true. The man who sat before him was beautiful in many aspects. It was a pity that Morgan was so terrible with people. "Some called me a death goddess. In truth, I wouldn't have even called myself a goddess. I controlled the ebb and flow of battle by filling the warriors with fear or courage. I chose the winner of a great many battles. You could say I do the same today, but in this era, The Game is a much subtler process. But enough of me, I want to hear about you, Leo. Tell me what it's like being a goddess of love in the human world."

His words didn’t help Artemis to relax at all. “Maybe you are the one misreading my reasons.” He said calmly. “I don’t hate you because you’re now a man. I barely… Recognize you. If you heard the rumors about me you probably also heard that I like to have the upper hand in most of the situations.”

"Ah, then perhaps your apprehension is warranted, for this is one situation you do not have the upper hand in." Morgan chuckled, enjoying teasing the other god. Morgan had no ulterior motives yet, he just simply wanted to meet the famed huntress. "I know all about you, yet you know little of me. What a strange situation to be in, non? You may call me Morgan. Formally known as The Morrigan from the Celtic Pantheon."

"No, I don’t suppose you are."  Leo answered, shifting a little away from the man who sat next to him  "I go by Leo now."  He relaxed visibly when the stranger gave him a name, although it didn’t ping any memory for him as to who the stranger was.  "Morgan," Leo repeated, "I’m not sure I can place who you are."

"Ah, yes. Leo." Morgan smiled, his gaze burning holes through the former goddess. "Owner of a big phone app or something, yes? Always hunched over working. Tsk, tsk. That's bad for your back." It wasn't that Morgan was a stalker. He just had... people to do research for him. "Today, or in years past? I was once The Morrigan. In the olden days, you might have known me as a banshee. A spirit who's deafening screech foretold your death. They weren't wrong, but I was much more beautiful than they depicted. I was also a goddess of war, along with my two sisters. Today, I do what others cannot. That's all you need to know."

Something about the way the man was talking and looking at him set off all the sort of alarms inside the former huntress. But he made himself remain focused in their conversation. “Rumors? Well… Can’t say I’m not flattered.”

Morgan could sense the trepidation within Artemis. What little power he had left allowed this. He offered the other a low chuckle. "You are right to be wary of me, but for all the wrong reasons, I must say. I was once a woman, like you. A powerful woman. You need not hate me for the form I wear now, Artemis."

Leo glanced up from his phone at the newcomer, reflecting the mans smirk with a smile of his own, placing his phone down on the table.  ”You’ve heard of me?  Then I’m afraid you have me at a disadvantage.  May I ask who you are?”

"You may ask, but I am not obligated to answer." Morgan took a seat next to the man, sitting a bit too close for two strangers. "But you... You're the goddess formerly known as Aphrodite, the Greek deity of love and beauty. I know all about you." Morgan eyed the man again before leaning back in his seat. "You may call me Morgan."

Morgan eyed the man in front of him, a million thoughts rushing through his head. He offered the other a smirk, dark and devious plots masquerading behind it. "The rumors were true, then. You are quite dashing."
