i ate HORRIBLY this month and gained 3 lbs (i'm already super overweight so thats fuckin bad) so tomorrow im going to fast (i've never fasted for longer than 20 hours) and i'm going to aim for 36 hours so i can start july off fresh!!! wish me luck bc i fuckin need it
