Is this an appropriate place to be reading fanfiction
And the Canadian Screen Award goes to ... - Hudson Williams, Best Lead Performer Drama Series -
Never thought I’d see this in person. I wonder what Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie are up to.
if ilya rozanov purred “such a good trick” in my face and then kissed me like i was ancient valuable porcelain with a five figure insurance policy and then proceeded to ghost me for 6 months i would kill him with a hammer
Shane Hollander is better person than I could ever be
Ilya is a yearner but Shane is NOT a yearner. Shane is a doer and a problem solver. At first he solves the problem of his feelings for Ilya by compartmentalizing and not feeling them. When this strategy stops working he hard pivots to going after his man. This man is not sitting around pining and suffering he is getting things done!
Feeling kinda like I'm missing Shane today
Guess who nearly shat themselves in a Parisian bookstore. That’s right. Me!
The Centaurs, whenever someone from the press asks one of them to describe Ilya Rozanov.
does his fine plumage impress you?
I thought this little guy looked like Shane
In my mind this is what Anya looks like
laughing about the idea of ilya doing one of those puppy buzzfeed interviews and then anya sniffing him when he gets home and feeling SO betrayed
and shane meanwhile is having a great time pressing the accelerator on this guilt trip
cuddling anya and just, "i know, huh? papa left and played with WHO KNOWS HOW MANY other dogs, and the whole time you were here missing him"
ilya, who is lowkey devastated: "hollander, this is not a joke."
"no, it isn't, huh, anya? you're so, so sad now."
"...hollander PLEASE. anya, i am sorry-"
"it seems like he's saying something, but we can't hear cheaters, can we, anya?"
"HOLLANDER"
to me hayden pike is like a middle school english teacher everyone thinks is gay but has a wife he calls a partner
I was rewatching episode 4 and Hayden calls his twin daughters Ruby and Emma?? How have I not picked this up on my other reheats?
My 2 cents about Hudson's met gala outfit
The black swan makeup and matador outfit are NOT meant to go together. It's a beautiful juxtaposition of the way we view art.
Everything can be art if viewed through an appreciative lens. Math or a piece of code intrinsically are not piece of art, but a trained eye can admire the beauty. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all.
The black swan glam is representative of ballet. At the very surface is the appreciation of dance as an art form. Smooth, controlled movements are pleasing even to the naked eye. However, behind the grace lies the incredible athletic ability of dancers, fighting against gravity.
On the other hand you have bullfighting. A brutal display of man vs animal, highlight the strengths of the matador. But there is also an elegant aspect, man and animal reading each other. A dance of matador and bull. Life and death.
At face value, Hudson's look seems fragmented. But consider how we think and classify both ballet and bullfighting, where they overlap. Fundamentally, they both have similar qualities, yet the fact that it requires a deeper thought process to appreciate holds the beauty of it all. It makes you question why our minds are so quick to classify things as discordant based only on the surface understanding of concepts.
This is Ilya Rozanov. But you already know that.
