Hello...my name is Emberpaw. Uhm. I'm using text-to-speech whatever that is so if there's any, uh, discrepancies in posts, uh, blame that. I'm an apprentice from ThunderClan...my mother is Talontail, and my father is Sunscreech, and I have two siblings: Scorchpaw and Sparkpaw. Uhm. I'm not there anymore, though...I want to go home. I think I'm somewhere called Paldea? I can understand twolegs now, it's terrifying. I'm scared. They keep thinking I'm a 'Pokemon' and throw weird rocks at me. I don't think I'm at the Lake Territories anymore...uhm. A lightning thing that calls itself 'Rotom' is helping me now. It stole a twolegs shiny slate and now is helping me run this account...uhm. Thanks? Rotom says I should establish rules...so, uh, here's some: -No NSFW(I don't know what that is but Rotom says I should put it in) -No hatred/bigotry -Only one ask per person... -Anyone can interact! -'Emberpawblogs' will be used with any post I make...just to keep track... Self love is back on because i’ve calmed down and actually talked about it and also because I’m not going to sever a relationship over Blorbo discourse. Snowfur thinks ashfur was a dick, Firestar agrees, but Dragonite thinks that his death was a really interesting take on toxic masculinity and it’s exceedingly funny that once he realized he wasn’t being cockblocked, he lost all interest in murder. Bryelle says he deserved more depth than the narrative gave him, and uh. Elle wants to hear about my old warrior skitty whump fantasies.

The girl's mother was a pokemon nurse for a while. We both sustained burns, though--I suspect the Emberpaw will be healing for a long while.

If it’s any help, Emberpaw, I.. admittedly did not understand the human concept of Transgender originally—still sounds like hedgehogs flying, sometimes, but so does the idea of taking a mate that’s not your opposite.

I used to think that our society was the normal one and it’s this new world that’s odd and new.. but the more you learn, the more you start to think… maybe the Clans were wrong about some things..

I’m blabbering too much, aren’t I? Don’t let me tear you down too much! Just.. keep an open mind to this new world, okay? No matter if it’s just twolegs- er, humans experimenting with their identities to feel more like themselves, or if it’s.. the things we were taught were the only way to live properly.

Yes, that’s the human term for Monsters! I don’t see many in Galar, only some variant of it called a “Tractor”. Most of this place is walking or biking paths, which is fine by me (even if bikes aren’t as scary as Monsters.. they still scare me sometimes..)

Starclan… can be wrong sometimes. I know you once said that in your time I’m hailed as a hero, but.. I’m barely older then you, right now. I became a Warrior only a few moons before I came here. I’ve been given my powers since before I was an apprentice. It.. can be a bit much. I’m not saying they’re entirely wrong, the Code exists for a reason!! I wouldn’t dare truly defy them!! But… sometimes you think. This journey has given me time to do that, and luckily my human companions Hop and Sonia are open to listen, even if Ivypool… tends not to agree with my ideas.

That’s good that they’re feeding you, at least! Sometimes my claws ache to hunt as well, but since anything close to what we’d consider prey is.. that, I’ve too grown used to getting help. Battling in the challenge has earned me some of these weird leaves though—Hop calls them Pokédollars—and I can now use them to mostly buy food for myself! (Still have to get Hop’s help so they even take me seriously… sigh)

And.. yes, in this world, humans can become mates with the opposite gender and it’s just.. okay. There’s even humans who choose to not get a mate at all, or even multiple mates! It’s all so.. unreal. I was just as shocked as you are, Sonia walked me through it.

…It’s so fantastical, sometimes I think that I’ll go to sleep and then be woken up for dawn patrol. Putting these.. freeing concepts behind me as I blink the sleep from my eyes.

But, you did stop the Dark Forest! You did that! You, and Lionblaze, and Jayfeather, StarClan did something right! They also brought Firestar, and they did a lot! And I might be young, but I've already fought in battles!!! So...StarClan must have sent me here for a reason. The luxray also calls me deformed, cause they think I'm a weird shinx. I think they want to kill me but can't, so I'm gonna escape cause they scare me. I can figure out how to hunt, and I don't want some nasty twoleg near my food. And that's weird. They can just do that??? They can have multiple mates???? Why???

The Tractor Monsters are kind of like Horses from the Horseplace, I think? The human sits on top instead of being eaten and it helps in the fields.

I.. also thought I was sent here for a reason. After that big scary beast.. I don’t know. And.. yeah, maybe in the future I did stop the Dark Forest.. will.. time is confusing.. but that’s… maybe not a responsibility that should’ve been forced on a kit?

I understand your fear of them, but.. I can’t exactly agree with ‘nasty’ anymore. And I might be young, but I've already fought in battles!!! So...StarClan must have sent me here for a reason. The luxray also calls me deformed, cause they think I'm a weird shinx. I think they want to kill me but can't, so I'm gonna escape cause they scare me. I can figure out how to hunt, and I don't want some nasty twoleg near my food. And that's weird. They can just do that??? They can have multiple mates???? Why???

The Tractor Monsters are kind of like Horses from the Horseplace, I think? The human sits on top instead of being eaten and it helps in the fields.
