Better start running...

So my sister told me for Christmas she wanted to cross off one of her bucket list items, which just so happens to be running a half marathon (which I always wanted to do but never thought I could). But she also didn't want to do it alone so I have willing committed myself to running not only a half marathon but a 5K the night before (you saved money when you signed up for both on black friday). The race isn't until May of next year but my cardio is nowhere near what it needs to be, so I am going to have to commit myself to a running plan and stick to it!
