I know it's obvious but i love that the Navigator of the Astral Express serves as the designated Leader. The Nameless of the Astral Express may lack a true Hierarchy other than junior and senior Members, but as seen with Himeko(-Nova) she is the guiding light and beloved leader. Her death in Planarcadia would've shattered the Crew. The Majority of diplomacy involves her, standing at the same Rank as Stone Hearts and Generals. She revived the Nameless of the Astral Express after Akkivilis Fall, treading the Galaxy until she found the first Passengers making her just Awesome.
