So apparently this is Azula's portrait for the fighting game. I do wish that they would stop centering content about her around her breakdown. Like yeah, it's part of her character but the key word is part. It's not even most of what her character is about.

The art style is really pretty though and the poses is cool. I just wish that they would portray her calm/collected side more as that side of her is the bulk of her character.

I wanted to share my experience with psychiatrist since i saw your anti psych post and hopefully my dad never puts me to hospital by force. So my dad has physically and emotionally abused me and threatened me with honor killings and even tried to strangle me once when I was 16, and I tried to escape once but ended up homeless, and I went to a DV shelter, and they called my parents, and I tried to escape once again, but the police sent me back even though I'm an adult. Also, the DV shelter told my dad about a psychiatrist, and they sent me there, and she doesn't believe me when I tell her the things my dad does, and she also says my dad isn't conservative because he let me go to uni, and she is also rude, and I even told her about my CSA once, and she didn't believe me, and she even laughed when my dad said he owes me once, and one time I texted her about her behavior, and she sent my dad everything, and she told him to not listen in front of me, and idk why, but to me this feels like a snarky comment, and one time I told her that I'm scared of my dad hospitalizing me, and she threatened me with it the next session. Also, can you have side effects from antipsychotics if you don't swallow them but keep them in your mouth and spit them out?

Psychiatry is inherently authoritarian and your story is not unusual, try and keep going.

You have to ingest antipsychotics for side effects to occur.

the thing about the marietta edgecombe incident that reveals Hermione's character is that it represents mis-applied extreme force. like arguably a seemingly permanent scar is disproportionate for betraying a school club (though the DA's reveal could have had permanent consequences as well and Hermione was likely thinking of the worst case scenario) and ultimately it's pretty petty but ultimately the thing is? it's useless. the curse doesn't do anything to prevent Marietta telling, it just punishes her for doing so. it could've been a tongue tying curse or something to enforce secrecy but instead it's a public shaming punishment. it's reasonable to mark the traitor, but it didn't need to be in such a public way....and the real kicker is that if Hermione was going to do such a curse she did it the wrong way to actually prevent someone betraying the group. she should have told them ahead of time that there was a potential curse on anyone who betrayed them to act as a deterrent, but instead it becomes an after-the-fact revenge that doesn't do anything to proactively stop betrayal but represents lashing out...which might help re-impose discipline on the group (had it survived umbridge's crackdown), but not because they've reached the reasoned conclusion that it's in everyone's best interest to stay loyal to each other but because they are afraid of further punishment by Hermione. it's rule by fear.
