So, I finally took the time to look into it and signs are pointing to the fact that I probably have ADD or ADHD. I'd like to get officially diagnosed, but there's definitely something comforting to potentially putting a name to the source of problems I've had for a long time.

My constant feeling of needing to be doing something, my loss of focus, my inability to sit still or do quiet activities, my ability to be easily distracted during conversation, & more issues have always made me feel so bad. But hopefully I can develop tools now to work with it.
