My number one tip in life is to stay private.
These days we constantly feel the need to share what goes on in our lives specially on social media. That's not always a good habit.
If you want to post, do it. However, be careful of what you're posting and who can see it, because not everyone needs to know yout goals and future plans. People love to jinx everything and ruin it for you.
You need to start living for yourself and not the media. People always want to know everything, some care more about others than themselves. They always have something to say about you or about what you do but never worry about themselves. These people are bored, toxic and should be cut off.
Keep everything for yourself.
Got promoted? Stay quiet. Got good grades? Stay quiet. Finally in a healthy relashionship? Stay quiet. In a better place in your life? Stay quiet. What people don't know they can't ruin.
If you just need to share your news or plans , share them with the people you trust most.
take care of yourself. Eat healthy, work out, educate yourself, learn new skills, get your nails done, fix your posture, hydrate your skin, learn from your past mistakes, read, get sun exposure and work in silence.
ways to become more feminine
• Speak softly and clearly. Don’t rush into words and use hand movements to explain better.
• Dress elegantly.
• Be polite and respectful.
• Gossip less. Unless it’s good news and it’s a positive conversation, never judge others because you never know what they’re really going through.
• Be ponctual.
• Never interrupt someone while they’re talking. Listen and wait for them to finish their sentences.
• Smile to strangers. You could make someone’s day!
• Handle hard situations calmly and the mature way.
• Practice good posture.
• Keep your nails clean and well put.
•Maintain good hygiene. Always look
• Wear jewelry.
• Wear refreshing fragrance.
How to Stay Positive in a World Full of Negativity
Here’s how you can protect your peace and stay positive, even when the world feels heavy.
1. Acknowledge Negativity, But Don’t Let It Overwhelm You
It’s important to recognize when negativity is affecting you, but you don’t have to let it consume you. Whether it’s the news or toxic energy from others, take a step back. Remember, it’s okay to distance yourself from things that drain your emotional energy.
2. Curate a Positive Social Media Feed
We spend hours scrolling through social media without being aware of its effect on us. Unfollow accounts that make you feel overwhelmed, insecure, and unworthy. Follow accounts who make you feel better and help you grow.
3. Surround Yourself with Uplifting People
The people you spend time with are the ones who affect you the most (their energy, the way they talk, the topics they talk about…) If you hang out with people who are never satisfied with anything and don’t appreciate the good things in life, you’re most likely to feel ungrateful and have negative energy around you all the time.
Make an effort to make new friends, ones that won’t weigh you down and will listen to you, support you and inspire you
4. Focus on Gratitude
Gratitude is a very necessary form of self care that isn’t always talked about. It just drags your negative energy out and makes you appreciate everything around you. Everyday, write down a small list of things you’re thankful for. Even by writing only 3 of them you will feel better.
5. Practice Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness is all about staying present and not letting your mind wander to the past or future. Meditation can help you clear your mind and focus on the positives in your life. It’s a practice that helps you become more aware of your thoughts and allows you to let go of negativity more easily.
Try a simple 5-minute meditation in the morning or before bed. Close your eyes, focus on your breathing, and allow yourself to let go of any negative thoughts.
You're going to outgrow people, places, and mindsets. Let that be a sign of growth, not loss.
How you can improve your skin organically through your diet:
-1-Hydration: Drink plenty of water & eat water-rich foods like cucumber and watermelon to keep your skin moisturized.
-2- Limit Sugar: Reducing refined sugar and processed foods prevents premature aging and breakouts.
-3-Antioxidants: to protect your skin from aging and reduce inflammation, eg. berries, dark leafy greens, and green tea
-4-Probiotics: Yogurt, kefir, and fermented foods support a healthy gut, for clearer skin.
-5-Vitamin C: Citrus fruits and bell peppers boost collagen production for firm, bright skin.
6. Anti-Inflammatory Foods: to reduce redness and puffiness, eg. Turmeric, ginger, and olive oil
-7-Healthy Fats: To help maintain skin elasticity and keep it hydrated, eg. Avocados, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish
Hit the gym. Avoid drama. Smell nice. Dress well. Make money. Keep your small circle. Talk less. Pray more. Think highly of yourself.
Hair care tips
Healthy hair is key to looking and feeling fresh.
- 1-Shampoo: Use a sulfate-free shampoo, and wash your hair 2-3 times a week.
- 2-Conditioner: Always condition your hair to keep it soft and manageable.
- 3-Hair Masks: Use a deep-conditioning hair mask once a week. Try natural options like coconut oil or avocado masks.
- 4-Scalp Health: Massage your scalp with oils (coconut or castor oil) before washing your hair to promote healthy hair growth.
- Limit heat styling (blow-dry, straighteners) to avoid damaging your hair.
- Avoid hair products with parabens and sulfates.
- Opt for natural styling methods—braiding hair or using soft rollers for curls.
let it hurt until i can't hurt you anymore .
Achieve your goals, take risks, don’t just sit there waiting for a man to love and provide for you when you can do that yourself, become the best version of YOU, the person you’ve always dreamed of becoming, you shouldn’t waste your time finding the perfect man for you; find the perfect version of yourself instead. Love will find you on it’s own, but for now, focus on yourself.
Educate yourself.
Strive to become as educated and intelligent as possible. Start by surrounding yourself with open-minded, intelligent people who have interesting insights and a wealth of knowledge. Not only will you learn from them, but you'll also be inspired to pursue learning on your own.
Read. Anything that stimulates your mind and introduces new ideas is worth your time.
Stay informed by watching or reading the news. Being aware of what's happening in the world will help you engage in meaningful conversations instead of feeling lost or uninformed.
Explore history articles.
Play trivia quizzes to test your knowledge; mistakes are an opportunity to learn.
Learn about different places around the world.
Pick up a new language.
Take as many courses as you can.
Challenge yourself with chess or other mind games.
Acquire a new skill.
Research fascinating topics, and always seek answers to your questions.
Move your body
Get up. Spending all day in bed — how can you call that fit or productive?
Start by walking at least 7,000 steps a day. You can ease into it — begin with 1,000 steps on the first day, and then add a thousand more each day. By the end of the week, you’ll have reached your goal.
Work out. Whether it’s at the gym or at home, make sure to move your body and strengthen your muscles. Regular workouts will help you stay fit as long as you maintain a consistent routine. Stay disciplined and keep envisioning the results and how great they’ll make you feel. You can also try gymnastics, calisthenics, or Pilates as forms of bodyweight training.
Engage in sports like tennis, volleyball, basketball, or swimming. They’ll not only improve your physical health but also enhance your mental well-being. Plus, they’ll sharpen your competitive skills and strengthen your critical thinking.
