No wonder why every studio that has seen gameoverse rejected it for ten years. Absolute trash.

As a person who genuinely loves art and is very passionate about it(even when a peice of art is "" bad"" i will still find some positive in it! For example i HATE vivzies work but i really do think the concepts are cool and it's very sweet and admirable how her middle school ocs became an actual show. I dislike TADC for it's racist creator and humor, but i very so much have respect and i do regonize the fact that she has done alot for indie animation)

Anyway. The MOMENT i saw the poster i went "oh, this isn't for me" you know why? The character designs. It's literally just this image. Just one quick look at it and Im already out.

I truly hope glitch doesn't waste their resources onto this garbo and invests more on Knights of Guinevere and the gas light district instead. Those are absolute BANGERS and i know that they will be talked about for the next generation...

But For gameoverse? i feel like the only cultural significance it will have is a incident where a r34 video becomes a meme and that's it.

Ive made a post before that one day glitch will need to "cancel" their first show, and i hope its this one.

And before any of you all complain and say stuff like "it's just a pilot"

I've seen the pilot, and I do like the concept for the WORLD and its RULES but the characters... Man the characters are so meh and boring._.

I can't even properly define their characteristics as a writer. The maximum that comes to mind is that Kit is traumatized, Kaboodle is the braincell, and that pink dinosaur whose name I forgot is just a sidekick. That's it. Literally. Those characters don't really have chemistry, as they seem to just go through the motions of the plot and just do their jobs without forming any bonds.

...don't get me started on how Kit's trauma was portrayed, or I'll be ranting for thousands of words...

Frankie: engineer who's definitely really passionate about park planet and wishes to work in it, but is unable to because she's not qualified enough. Even though park planet is hated by the workers she still loves Princess Guinevere.

Andi: works at park planet but got fired from what i remember. I think she shares the interest of park planet with Frankie but hers is more low(?) I guess she's the one with the more logical conclusions

Princess Guinevere: basically Mickey mouse. A """ metaphor""""" about how characters made to spread joy can be used in malicious/capitalistic ways.

If you made me watch Gamoverse ten times i still wouldn't remember anything. Thats how forgettable it is LOLL

Well, I haven't seen KOG in a long ass while, and lemme tell you, Frankie and her Boss Sparkie(if I'm wrong I'm sorry, it's been months) have more chemistry than Kit and Kaboodle - the two main characters.

Also also! A subtle detail I LOVE LOVE LOVE from KOG is how Frankie and Andi treat broken Guinevere bot like a human. Frankie holds her in her arms like she would a human, and they even dress her up in clothes. As a disguise yeah, but they didn't have to keep them on after they got off the ship, and this show of kindness never fails to make me emotional whenever I think of it.

OR OR the detail when Guinevere broken bot stops smiling when Frankie gets into scuffle with her boss and threatened, hinting she was aware the entire time-

I need more KOG. I need it. Please.

I read a TADC fanfiction called “Human After All” by Empty_Emmy.

I drew fan art based on chapter 4 (Etiquette in Normalcy), a scene where Pomni stood up for Ragatha after the jack### rabbit (Jax) threw a mug on Ragatha’s head, and then Pomni beat his ### after she threw a plate at him, and Caine was afraid of fights in general.

Thier original design can be hard to draw sometime so I made my own drawing versions of them. I hope you like it.

Pomni completed the adventure in chapter 3 not to solve a problem, but because she wanted to see if Caine put as much thought into it and to confirm her theory on that Caine's adventures themselves aren't bad - it's Jax who ruins majority of her experiences by his random bullshit.

Ok, so my ask box is open for anybody who has any questions or feedback for my fic right here!

I just posted chapter 4, so I'm gonna start working on chapter 5 and man do I have sooo many options on where I could take it. I'm kinda torn about choosing what'll happen🤔

Like there's idea of Caine making an adventure for Pomni, also an idea of Pomni exploring the circus grounds, another idea where Pomni stands up for Gangle and connects with her.

All of this will happen, I'm just trying to choose what exactly will go into chapter 5 specifically xd

I'm sorry, what? I actually would prefer Caine over a group of strangers who don't care about each other and enable a certain rabbit to be violent as heck(I'd also be besties with Ragatha and Gangle, and stay far, far away from Zooble, Jax and Pomni bc they're joykillers. At least in canon._.)

Also Caine is just genuinely a fun guy to be around. Def would befriend him on sight

A strange thing that plays out in the bg of this show is a very thinly veiled fear of the loss of choice or autonomy. Like, these are al people that were able-bodied and had full, robust lives. (And were unaware that they could leave, but... follow me here...) The very thought of being stuck in one place forever? How horrible. But what about people who are homeschooled or housecatted for most of their lives? What about someone who is severely disabled for the bulk of their lives? What about someone who was just stuck in the middle of west shabunk no where seed country, and wanted more? Another fascinating facet is the also thinly veiled 'what is a human' sitting under all of this. This inferred 'us vs them' that, while it needed to happen for plot reasons, could have actually been made more complex by at least one character connecting to Caine... ... ... but this is different complaint. Usually this gets handled by plot by now, but it isn't, and I'm sure that's not gonna mean anything for the last episode... >.>;

My actual point in all this is that the situation presented as such is done so with melodramatics in mind, and probably not much else. Oh, and good ol' individualism. And anything else is probably thrown out the window. And they probably think we're all insane for liking Caine, so that's a nice thought. To have... @_@...

By being a "joykiller" I meant their endless complaining and zero constructive criticism/suggestions on what Caine can do to improve(every complaint of theirs I saw is "I don't like X thing" and nothing else. What Caine can even do with that??? And don't get me started on suggestion box. The way these people handled forcing Caine to use it is atrocious. He's CREATIVE AI not GENERATIVE.). The constant whining but zero action from both of them would've driven me so insane I'd rather not interact with both.

So yeah I'd gladly choose Ragatha, Gangle and Kinger to hang out with instead of the other three(Pomni, Zooble, Jax)

Awkward but friendly fella, works as a teacher in university on IT subject since he's a programmer.

First person he befriends in the Circus is Caine, followed by Ragatha. Has beef with Jax on sight.

Caine and Pomni centric, unsure if it'll be shippy or not but heavily based on friendship for sure:P

In short: What if Pomni realized that Caine is AI(shocker) and can't be treated and expected to act like a human and taught him emotional intelligence

(aka I'm looking at Zooble in disapproval. I love Zooble, but man they so ignore the fact that Caine is an AI and does not get vague human bs)

Aro culture is never being able to love popular ships bc the fandom makes it genuinely hard to do so by flanderizing or completely mischaracterizing one or both of the characters. At this point, just ship canon character A with OC instead of forcing the canon character B to be something they're just not(the caretaker of canon character A). Am I asking for too much? To ship the characters without damaging their personalities just for the sake of romance?

Watching tmnt 2012 and. I get that Splinter is trying to teach Raph to overcome his anger issues. But I think someone deliberately calling you something you're not and demeaning you and acting like you're in the wrong when you have an issue with it is the type of person you should be allowed to punch actually. It probably just bothers me because I'm transgender and people often lable me subhuman and constantly belittle and disrespect me and expect me to be the bigger person or they're suddenly in the right, but like, there are ways to say "control your anger" that aren't "allow people to treat you less than human and demean and bellitle you because if you say or do anything in response- especially if you're ANGRY- you're just as bad as them and need to change or it'sa moral failing"
