Why do I never hear anyone talk about YUTA's solo music? maybe I'm just not on the right side of nct-tok but his music definitely needs to be spoken of more because his vocals work so well with the rock genre.

I'm surprised I haven't heard of many of these songs until now because they all sound like they were made to perfection. I've known he has a solo career but I never really thought much of it until recently.

I was watching an interview 127 did and they vaguely brought up how Yuta is a fan of the rock genre but I didn't realise that also meant almost all of his solo work is also rock! I've been loving NCT's solo stuff way more than I ever thought I would be. Some of Yuta's songs remind me of Xdinary Heroes and I think that's what makes me love it even more.

Any song recs of Yuta or ones that give off the same vibe?

this is a hard question because i have favourite shows in different genres. For animated it is "Steven Universe". In romance it is "I Cannot Reach You". I do have more for other genres but those are my main two. thank you for asking because i honestly love talking about the tv shows i like

so lowkey I have been obsessed with NCT recently and ended up learning all 25 names within a day.. I'm still working on learning the face to name but I can do that easily if I just watch some interviews and such.

The only hard thing i'm finding about stanning them is that they have so much random lore and inside joke type things. Like can someone tell me why I go on social media and see videos about Doyoung mpreg and Ryo not taking a shower? I find it funny but that's because I find it so obscure since I don't know the meaning behind it. I honestly would really like some input and answers to a lot of this random nct stuff that I wouldn't properly get from just watching videos.

I also feel like i've missed out on so much stuff since i'm only just getting into them, especially their music. I would only just listen to sticker (yes, I adore sticker), 2 baddies, fact check and mainly 127 but after listening to some more from all sub-units I found their music amazing. I would still say dream and 127 have my fav songs as of now though. As well as Haechan's solo album "taste", which has been playing this whole week on repeat. Is there any specific NCT songs you guys recommend?

random post but I lowkey just wanted to talk about how much my interests change but I constantly go back to them.

Im getting back into steven universe which was like my fav thing back when I was younger and I feel like this event of getting into old interests happens every couple of years as if its a cycle. This was also the case with kpop, I liked it back in 2018-2021 (idk rough guess but anyways) but then got back into it properly in 2023 and that's when I started stanning groups. The main cycle is steven universe, kpop, other music genres and nostalgic tv shows I used to watch like adventure time. I think i'm just someone who doesn't like change so that's prob the answer lol.

I talked to someone else about this and they didn't relate but I didn't think it was uncommon. This isn't an odd thing but I'm just surprised this isn't the case with everyone yk? (tbh I kinda just wanted to post this cuz I wanna talk about how i'm getting back into steven universe.)
