Kinda wanna hear you sound it out now with the accent. It can be, as much as I love them. I’ll slowly start getting back out there. Just takes a while.

How long ago did you have the babies? ‘Cause I think you can at least attend post-natal classes for a little while to interact with other new moms. Plus, you get free snacks.

Almost two months ago, so they’re still really tiny, plus they were born slightly premature. Oh, a post-natal class, why didn’t I think of that. Free snacks are basically the moving reason to go.

Okay I can definitely see where you’re coming from here. And I respect your opinion because you are right the more that I think about it. Technology advancing is pretty cool though. But scary when you think about it like that. especially when it puts people out of jobs. But the thought of having something delivered to your front door without any hassle is also pretty cool as well. I still think fast food places need to start delivering. Even if it’s just one restaurant chain to start off with. I mean, there will at least be some more job positions opening up if the delivery service becomes a new thing.

I guess I’ve always been worried with the economy, it’s always so fragile, even when it’s been a strong economy a small thing can offset it. So to make technology a more dominating force just makes me think that it’s less jobs for people that need them. I’m blessed enough to do very well in my life, but someone else less fortunate might not because of that. Maybe I’m still hyper sensitive and hormonal from giving birth. Fast food could probably work because the amount of orders they would get they would need to make sure there’s enough to prepare the orders, so that idea I’m okay with.

You go back out. That’s what I did with my eldest son. You just explore you start off by taking them for walks out to the park you go to the corner store. You go out for a run with them. You leave them at a parents or relatives house and go out on a date night with your boy.

Well it’s a little harder given the fact I have twins, it requires more work, more planning. You don’t just take two almost newborns out without a plan. Plus my mother lives in New York, and we’re in LA, plus my boyfriend is going to be getting ready to go back to working on projects. Justin’s family is Canada.

I love my babies more then words can even describe, but I’ve buried myself in the house for the last almost two months. I’m starting to go stir crazy, there’s only so many times I can scrub down the house. Even the dogs are starting to judge me for how much I’m here. How does a new mom get back out into the world? I feel lost to it all?

I’m currently in the middle of a country I can’t pronnounce, bald and running around the woods in leather with a bunch of other actors. This is still the most fun I think I’ve ever had filming a movie and it’s only day one.

Sound it out, haven’t you ever learned that as a child? Sound your big words out! I’m kidding, kind of. Though running around in the woods, filming with good actors always sound like a good time. I can’t wait to be back to filming honestly, I’m starting to goo a bit stir crazy.

Now that Amazon uses drones for deliveries, I wonder how much longer it’s going to take for pizza places to start hopping onto the drone wagon. If someone doesn’t invent it within the next year or so, I’m quitting acting and getting into the pizza drone business. I mean, how convenient is it that a drone just drops your pizza off at your front door?You can stay in your natural habitat and not have to worry about interacting with the delivery guy. The perfect solution to every problem in the world, obviously. I’m making it happen. Mark my words.

Am I the only one not excited by this? The fact that it’s almost technology taking over more and more. I mean, won’t that slowly put UPS drivers out of a job as these drones get more talented and able to go longer distances? I’m sure tons of people would be down for pizza delivery like that, or say Taco Bell, I will give it for fast foods that don’t deliver but I’ll forever be skeptical, there’s already a shit economy, I don’t want to see more people suffer because technology “is better”

That’s what it’s feeling like and mine are barely able to stay awake more then an hour. I have plenty of time but I still am already thinking about how fast time will go. I do have twins, boy and a girl, born in January. I got lucky, people always joked if I got pregnant I was going to have twins and well, I guess Justin wanted to make sure that will be accomplished.

My baby girl turns one this Saturday! You’re all invited to our little party if you all want to take a trip to Maui. It starts at one in the afternoon. There’s going to be face painting, mermaids and a lot of other cool fun stuff! Hope to see you there!

Can someone explain to me why people take selfies on or near a toilet? I was having lunch with a friend and I went to use the restroom, and there were these girls in one of the stalls snapping photos and giggling their heads off. I mean, I get the whole selfie thing, but really?

I never understood that either, or worse someone taking a selfie near a toliet after using it and not flushing. Like that’s absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand it, or why they want to stuff themselves into a restroom to be the place to take selfies. Like go outside, have a decent background, kiddies.

I know what you mean! Nothing wrong with going for the hard stuff every now and then. Just be careful to pace yourself when you actually do get back to drinking. Makes sense! Also, props on being able to handle a c-section. I’ve heard those hurt so much worse than a vaginal birth, but I guess you wouldn’t really have a choice since you had twins, right? Congrats, though! Your weekend sounds like it was full of endless cuteness. Are the dogs taking well to the babies?

I definitely will have to pace myself, got to be able to get back to where I can drink Justin under the table. Can’t have him thinking he’s the new champ in the family. Thanks, it’s more painful the healing, obviously but they wanted them to come out because of the way they were positioned and to be safe. So they were born a little earlier then normal but perfectly healthy. So, that’s all I care about. It was, but you understand that, once you have a baby it’s hard not to see the cuteness in moments like that. I still can’t believe I ended up with twins, given I always joked because of the twins on the set of Shameless, but Finley and Seraphina are the best things I’ve ever had.

Definitely a legit excuse given they had to cut me open. Which is fine, I’m healing quite well, I’m up and moving around, and honestly as long as I get to spend time with my two tiny babies, I don’t really mind. My gym work outs won’t be for another six weeks at least. Aw thank you, now do you mind telling my baby daddy I’m a genius please? He still rolls his eyes everytime I say that I am.

Listen, if there’s one thing I wish someone did lecture me on about parenting ( because god knows I couldn’t give a shit about anything else they tried to chirp to me about ), then it’s the whole ‘ having to ease your way back into drinking ’ thing. After getting the green light to slip away for a night, I thought it would be smart to go straight for the jäger. Not even a quarter of the bottle later, I’m head first in the toilet throwing up and crying about how I miss my son. It was very… embarrassing, to say the least. Anyways, that’s how my weekend went. How did yours go? I’m sure someone out there fucked up bigger than I did.

Well I’m fucked. I have to say, I am kind of a heavy drinker from time to time, not like... you know, alcoholic level or anything. But I enjoy my wine and spirited drinks frequently. Though I guess you’ve warned me. I just had a c-section with my twins not even two weeks ago, so I’m not even contemplating drinking at this point, but some day I’m going to want to go out and have a few drinks. At least this will prepare me for what’s to come. Though it’s kind of cute that you just wanted your son. So, not embarrassing. Sorry, my weekend consisted of continually cuddling my new cuties and making sure all my dogs don’t think of them as play toys.

I’m finally done filming Ocean’s Eight and I can’t wait for people to see it. I probably sound biased but the cast is pretty great. Shooting a movie in New York City is always fun too. I missed spending time with my kids though so I’m glad I can get back to being a mother.

I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like getting back to work and being away from my kids now. I’m actually kind of dreading it, but I might just bring them with me to set, it’s pretty safe and a ton of people to keep them occupied. Though I’m excited to see Ocean’s Eight. You’re practically one of my idols to aspire to so anything you’re in, I’ll always go see.
