@guardcdhcarts​ sent: Hitoshi's fingers intertwine with Tenya's. The gesture is wordless, and without any kind of prompt- but all the same there's a smile on his face that can only be described with love and contentment.

The two had been studying together, Hitoshi now finally in 1A with the rest of them, and Tenya couldn’t be happier. While they weren’t talking about the material, in fact they were studying completely different topics, it was just nice to be in each other’s company.

He paused feeling a pressure on his hand. and then his fingers being moved. He didn’t do anything against it, instead letting the colder hand (why were Hitoshi’s hands always so cold?) take his warmer and settle where they were locked and intertwined, almost like woven fabric made out of the red string of fate.

He looked up from his book and adjusted his glasses with his other hand and gave a gentle smile. His face was red, sure, but so what? No one was around. They were both in Tenya’s room anyway. With that being said... maybe they could take a break, they’ve done quite a lot already.

The new Ingenium smiled softly and brought up Hitoshi’s hand to his face, pressing the softest kiss to the back of it, as if his boyfriend was the most distinguished man on the planet. And to Tenya, he was.

“Should we take a break, Hitoshi?” He asked softly, his thumb rubbing over the paler knuckles.

What holding hands with Tenya is like:

You wouldn’t expect such gentleness out of him. With his stiff motions and chopping gestures, many would think him holding your hand is stiff and awkward. But it’s really not. He holds your hand with gentleness you wouldn’t find anywhere else. He’s careful not to hold to hard, but his hold is strong enough to say that he’s there with you. He doesn’t intertwine fingers unless you do, but he loves doing it.

It’s the purest form of love from him. He’s never been too physically affectionate in public, but it’s something sweet and it’s the first thing he’d ever do. Then it’d escalate to hand kisses.

Tenya holding someone’s hand is soft and you can tell how much he loves you from such a simple gesture.
