Hello gang!

I’ve been offline and out of fandom spaces for a hot minute due to life being pretty intense and terrible but I am back and miss my marauders pals terribly! 💖 not going to write a long post about leaving the fandom because I will always truly love my wolfstar babies but I can recognise how and why people have chosen to move on!

That’s all to say please send me what you’re currently reading/ obsessed with! Books, fics, tv shows, any fandom at all! I love this fandom and the people in it for the people and all your diverse experiences and interests!

I will hopefully get back to writing soon as I’ve been away a while! (Accidentally fell back into my destiel phase which happens to the best of us)

This is an illustration of @arliedraws one-shot "Scars". I completely fell in love with this fine little work of literature, so much I immediately knew I had to paint an illustration of it! Here is a snippet which inspired me for this illustration: ~~~

“You know what my family was like,” Sirius pressed. “You can imagine I’m not used to telling people that I care about them. So maybe it’s not clear to you, but I love you very much—”

It sounded like Sirius’s voice was coming from the end of a long tunnel, and Harry had the sudden urge to shove him back onto the floor. The feeling of a thumb rubbing against his knuckle kept him from floating away.

“—You’re the most important thing to me,” Sirius was saying. “I would die before I let anything happen to you.”

“But I don’t want you to die!” Harry said. “That’s what I’m afraid of the most!”

Heat rushed into his face, and he pulled his hands away, tucking them back under his crossed arms. He couldn’t explain to Sirius that it would destroy him to lose the only parent he’d ever known; he couldn’t look him in the eye for fear that Sirius would guess the truth.

But Sirius reached and guided Harry’s chin so that their gazes met; the soft concern he wore nearly made Harry leap from the settee and run back to his room.
