franco colapinto on what happened to kimi antonelli after the qatar gp 2025:
“I think we also need to be more careful with what we say after or during races. Watching the post-race interviews, I understand where the hatred towards Kimi came from, and that's something that needs to be prevented before it even arises, because there's always someone who stirs it up, and that's where we need to focus our efforts—avoiding those situations.
We get penalized for using bad language in the media, but there are people who say completely wrong things or who generate hatred and receive nothing. Perhaps this is something that should be reviewed, because it is not very fair.
I don’t know. I was just thinking about the fines we get for swearing on TV or in the media, and then about people who, without thinking or having all the information or the full picture, say things that generate hatred, which is much worse than saying 'shit' or whatever. That creates something much bigger, and they don’t face any consequences. They just put out a statement, and then everything’s fine again.
I don’t know, it all doesn’t feel very fair. Maybe it should change, maybe it shouldn’t; I’m not the one who decides, so I won’t get too involved, but it’s probably something that should be reviewed. I think most drivers have experienced it at some point this year and, unfortunately, it’s becoming the norm"
I think the most painful thing about Yuki officially losing his seat is about how mismanaged and unlucky he was. Just at the wrong place at the wrong time. RedBull are keeping him for content / media duties because of how popular he is. They never valued his time or energy. I still don't get why he's part of RedBull because they have disrespected him for years. But at least he got to achieve his dream of driving for RedBull

so they’ve basically gifted max the championship because mclaren couldn’t be bothered to favour oscar earlier in the season instead of “oh we don’t play favourites :((“ LOL. what a JOKE.
just know this: if you say Lewis is washed everyone on F1blr is automatically going to assume that not only are you a new fan of F1 but also that you don’t know anything about the history and politics of Ferrari as a team or about car design either.
calling him hando norris the way this championship has been simply handed over
