not enough gothic literature or gothic content in general with black women. i wanna read and watch more stories about black women in southern gothic america or victorian gothic/tim burton-esque settings. i don’t care about what’s “realistic”, fiction is fiction and black women were there during the victorian ages, we’ve always been here and can fit into anywhere we please, so fuck “historical accuracy”. now lemme see about writing one
