Some years ago i had a dream that there was a disease that if you shake your hand to hard you will get more than 1 extra fingers on the hand

and there's a cure which is a red liquid which remove those fingers

But in a random time i shaked my hand too hard that i got 100 fingers

I had a dream that there was a kids toy called "pikuliku" and here's what it looks like
