Seeking Help！Infor about Manfred von Richthofen's "Chivalry"

Hi everyone! I've been doing some research on Baron Manfred von Richthofen. I've always heard people praise his chivalrous spirit, especially the rule he's supposed to have set: not to shoot at pilots who are parachuting.(or sth similar)

However, I can't find any solid proof of this. I've read two versions of his autobiography and several other books, but there's no mention of it. Many popular science videos talk highly of his chivalrous virtue, which makes me eager to find reliable sources to confirm this.

If anyone has any definite information, like a specific book, article, or historical record, please let me know. It would be a great help to my study.
