“It’s the least I could do for you to have found my wallet. How about if I took you out for a drink or- whatever you feel like having? All you need to do is tell me your name, maybe give me your phone number and tell me at what time I should pick you up later tonight.”

"Well, a drink sounds good, actually..and I don't think I have to work today, so that could totally work out. Oh, I'm Scott. And my phone number is...here. Tonight at six?"

"Oh, don't have to do anything for me. I'm always happy to help my fellow students."

"You can’t blame yourself for Allison’s death. If it was Kira or Lydia or Isaac, would you be blaming yourself or is it just because it’s Allison?" He asked simply.

"It's not because it was Allison. It is because it was a friend who died. No matter if it was Allison or Lydia, or even Isaac.", he murmured, sighing yet once more. "She was my responsibility."

"Boyd, Erica, Aiden…the list goes on with me. I wasn’t Aiden’s alpha but I could have helped him." He shrugged. "You start to learn to cope with it. It’s all you can do."

"Yeah, maybe those three are on you, but I...", he sighed, burying his face in his own hands. "I'm talking about Allison.", he murmured. "She's dead because I didn't help her in time."

"But you can’t choose that. Being a true alpha comes with responsibility and it’s like I can’t choose being a werewolf, you couldn’t choose being an alpha."

"I know..I know it's not my choice, Derek. But I feel like I'm not able to do what I have to. People died already..while they were under my protection. I don't want that to happen again."

Derek sighed and sat on the edge of the male’s bed.  "I understand. It does get exhausting but you learn to live with it." He explained and leant forwards on his thighs.

"Yeah, I guess so..", he murmured, letting out a more or less heavy sigh, looking at the older male. "Being an alpha is just so stressful, sometimes I wish I would just be a beta.", he murmured.

Derek rolled his eyes.  "Scott werewolves don’t get ill and you know that. What’s really going on?"

"Oh, right..we can't get sick...damn.", he murmured, letting a hand run over his face. "I'm just feeling very..exhausted lately, and need a day or two off.", he then said, sitting up on his bed now.

Sorry for being so inactive lately. My Scott muse just..isn't there at the moment. And tbh, with the crap going on in the show right now, that just makes it worse.

Scott’s chest was toned and well sculpted, something that all werewolves had in common but his was really great. Ares didn’t even hide or try to be discreet as he stared at him. “Well, I guess I should introduce myself.” the god said, wondering if he was going to be believed or not. Or even if Scott knew about Greek gods. “I am Ares.”

Scott blushed slightly as he noticed that the other was..staring at his bare torso, but he couldn't really blame him. He knew that he looked quite good, but he still never knew how to react to people staring at him. "Ares? Like..like the greek god?", he asked. At least that would explain the healing abilities, but did gods really exist? Scott never actually thought about them before.

"Yes, I know. Music takes concentration so you think of something else and it always calms the mind." Apollo said, taking his hand off of Scott’s. "Try without me. I know you can do it."

"Yes, exactly that. Makes me think of the good things..or just free my mind.", he told him with a smile, biting his lip at the other's words. "Yeah, sure, I should try it alone.", he nodded, taking a deep breath as he began playing the song they practiced himself. They were still a few wrong notes, but he really improved since the last week.

"A teacher is only as good as his student." Apollo replied. He liked Scott, he could be compared to sunshine and Apollo was known for his liking for the sun. Peter didn’t teach for the money but for the passion so he didn’t ask for much, just enough so it didn’t feel like he was doing charity.

Scott really liked the other. He really knew that he wasn't doing this just for the money, that he actually wanted to teach him, and well, he had been very successful. Scott really was improving, and that was an amazing feeling. "This is really helping me, you know? To cope with my emotions and all that. It's amazing."

Ares couldn’t heal on normal circumstances but wounds acquired during battles were his domain and he could; Scott shouldn’t die like this, by a cheater so he healed him. “You’re welcome, Alpha McCall.” he said, cleaning the blood of his hand with a handkerchief. “You fought well so I did you a favor.” he told him.

Scott was quite surprised when the other spoke about what the teen was and also his name, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to question it. It didn't really matter, right? "Well, thanks. I really appreciated. I don't really want to die yet.", he told him, that small smile still on his face as he took his own shirt off to clean the rest of the blood from the spot where the wound was before.

Apollo was the god of music and he liked to teach humans to play an instrument. He was teaching a man to play violin. He was pressed against him, his hands on the man’s hands and guiding him. “Really good, you’re getting good at it.” he said, barely whisepring the words to his ear.

It had actually been Deaton's idea for Scott to learn an instrument. He told him that it was a good way to relax, to calm down, which was certainly something Scott needed with all the things going on in Beacon Hills. So he looked around in the newspaper and all that until he found a teacher who didn't take too much money, so Scott could actually afford it. "Really? Thank you. Have to thank the best teacher ever for that.", he said with a smile.
