I was so right, I came home so upset and angry and he just coaxed me into talking about it and wrapped his soft hands around my face, and i forgot how badly today went, it slipped right off of me and felt so miniscule.

I dont know what id be without him, hes such a soothing light, something soft and warm i always know ill get to come back to. The feeling of her soft lips peppering kisses all over my face is better than any high I could get. Its like crawling back into bed in the morning and feeling how your sheets and blankets are still warm.

Im in a much better place than I was before and part of me mourns the people I couldve met if I was this me last year, but I think moving away from that place is why im so much better, the city just fostered hatred and toxicity. And now im more at peace

I wanna be at home writing bro im not even tired ive just already worked like 5 hours and I dont get the reprieve of "only an hour and a half more!!" I get "3.....3 and a half more hours..."

The only comfort is knowing i can write when I get home, my wife is making my favorite soup bc im working a 9hr and I know she'll sweet talk me so nicely about working so much manual labor for her

Im rlly hoping I can get enough cash tips at the end of the day to get a 3$ preroll so I can have that after suffering Costco on a sunday at 4pm

I know they were in the trenches when writing and recording it but Folie à Deux is such a good album. The quality of the songs and lyricism, the pure passion and exhaustion in the vocals. Its so good and most songs like W.A.M.S or Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On A Bad Bet send me into the ether writhing over how GOOD they are. The way I feel possessed by the repressed rage and the tornado of feelings two people are trying to convey to each other when they cant talk like normal people.

Every hour I do not get the notification my package is ready to pick up the more irate I become. I hate package systems, If I am told it will be ready at a specific time I expect it to be ready at that time?

If they send us an update that it wont be picked up til tomorrow I will become a tyrant. I wish to set up my new toy before I am sent to the war of not 1 not 2 not even 3 but 5 large catering orders as the next dawn rises.
