"DAECHWITA" MEANING:

Daechwita (literally "great blowing and hitting") is a genre of Korean traditional music consisting of military music played by wind and percussion instruments, generally performed while marching. (wiki)

It can also mean "Big Shot". This music was performed in the march of a king or an attributive and an army march organized by a wind instrument and a percussion instrument. Agust D used it here to show that he is the king and his fans are a the ARMY. It a way to say that in this industry, they should play "daechwita" when he and his ARMY walk because their existence is an honor that you should celebrate. Also, they walk as the others bow down to the ground in respect. Their faces are not seen and they are all wearing the same clothes. No one stands out or rules over but the king.
