Howling Owl Poetry & Story Night

Calling all poets, storytellers and coffee lovers!

The Howling Owl is a premier faction neutral coffee shop and bar located in Pandaria and create by Alaris Sunspell and Saeil Moonblade, now run by Lianellie Quinne and Saeil Moonblade. Each month we host an event that allows our patrons to recite poems, tell stories, or even share music for the others in attendance to enjoy. These can be original works or can simply be their favorites. Real world adaptations are fine too!

Location: The Druken Hozen, Dawn’s Blossom, Jade Forest, Pandaria

When: Friday, March 12th Doors will open at 6PM WrA server time

Drinks and snacks will be served until 6:30PM when readings will start. Then halfway through we will take a half an hour intermission where you can order more drinks and food. Then afterward, drinks and food will be served again. Feel free to mingle and stay as long as you like!

Azerothian Botany - Bloodberry

The bloodberry bush is a wild plant that grows all over Azeroth. Although it is usually considered something of a nuisance wherever it sprouts, the bush’s berries are coveted by both chefs and alchemists [Quest: Open for Business]. Most commonly, chefs use bloodberries as a key ingredient in some culinary delicacies, the most famous of which is the bloodberry tart [Item: Bloodberry Tart, World of Warcraft: The Official Cookbook, pg. 149]. Alchemists, however, like to use bloodberries – specifically, a unique type of bloodberry native to the Isle of Quel’Danas – for another reason. When exposed to the energies of the Sunwell, the plant develops special properties that can then be distilled and made into an elixir that magnifies one’s abilities [Quest: Open for Business, Item: Bloodberry Elixir].

The Rare Goods Market is a place for reasonable individuals to come find some of the things that are a bit harder to get. The things that, perhaps, you shouldn’t have. Don’t worry, we won’t bother to ask why you need them. Just don’t ask us how we got them.

So if you’re interested, take the card offered and visit us this Friday. We won’t be around long. Can’t draw too much attention. Flash the card and we’ll cut you in on some of the finer things in life. All at very reasonable prices. No questions asked.

We will provide both Horde and Alliance based staff along with the Elixirs. Easily accessible via portal from both Orgrimmar and Stormwind, or via flight path for lower levels.

We are open to outside peddlers and suppliers!

The RGM is happy to allow for outside vendors, assuming they desire to sell their goods in a black market setting. Simply contact @enigmatic-elegance​​ prior to the event and we will get you on a list of vendors for the evening.
