Before Sana could continue, the girl went into a panic-mode, which was both surprising and amusing to the idol. Of course the Japanese girl would get distracted by a cute puppy and wander off from the group just to kneel down and pet it; her day wouldn’t be complete if she didn’t. Sana is the type of person who runs late to a meeting because she just had to take a picture of a pretty flower or actually went off chasing a butterfly, or anything a five year old would do, basically. 

❛ Oh, no, no! It didn’t do anything wrong - no humping of my leg occurred. I just wanted to ask you if I could possibly pet it? ❜ her eyes shape into small crescents, an almost shy smile gracing her features as she gazes over at the other female in anticipation. ❛ I’d rather ask for permission for safety reasons, some dogs are very aggressive and unfriendly. ❜ the bitterness in her voice hints that she might harbour some unpleasant memories, experiences which made her more cautious.

a soft sigh of relief slipped past her lips, feeling herself relax just a tad. the last thing she wanted was to get in trouble with an idol. hayden just knew that walking the said animal would cause some sort of  chaos later on. a small grin began to form as the older female nodded her head a bit at the question, yet still holding onto the leash tightly just in case. “oh yeah, totally. he’s... he’s somewhat harmless. doesn’t bite or attack, just.. loves to hump people.” she was amused by her own response, eyes rolling in a playful manner while patting on the pup gently.

“hey, uh, aren’t you that idol? shy shy shy girl?” the taller female spoke, brow furrowing slightly before mentally reprimanding herself for even asking such a stupid question.

truth be told, it wasn’t her dog - it was a friend’s pet. in fact, she never enjoyed pets in general; dogs were cute but tend to shed too much. cats had the tendency to scratch and get pissed easily, she hated them too much and other pets just never appealed to her. “uh.. not really, it’s my friend’s dog. why, did he do something? shit, don’t tell me he humped your leg?!” the older female panicked, eyes growing wide as she glanced down at the canine before crouching down to meet its gaze. “come on, dude! i told you not to hump people! jesus christ, hey, i’m really sorry if he did.. really.” hayden mumbled, dipping her head in apology.

“quiet is what most people want.” she responded, grinning softly at the male before locking up the front door, dropping the trash bag on the ground to cross her arms over her chest. “an apartment is just a place for relaxation. a quiet place for sleep so really, i don’t hang ‘round here much. mostly out or at work.”

her set was done and immediately, hayden made her way towards the bar, picking up several bottles of liquor to make her own drink. the owner didn’t mind and neither did the bartenders; after all, she was careful enough not to break anything. although her silence was soon interrupted by the sound of a male’s voice, her gaze soon lifting up to glance at the stranger that stood in front of her. a smirk formed on her lips, highly amused by the situation before leaning in to prop her elbow against the flat surface. “mm, can i buy you a drink instead? what do you want, i can attempt to make it.”
