the expectation for idols has somehow gotten worse in recent years like I remember when idols genuinely enjoyed their encore stages like mx were crawling on all fours like alligators after their win completely unserious. & now every encore stage I see idols look mad nervous they can't even celebrate their win because they tryna prove they can sing live like

& not to continue this but even things like relay dances have lost their charm to me. it's all so polished now meanwhile back then idols were bumping into each other, wonho was smacking jooheon's butt every time they passed by each other... like it was messy but it was a fun kind of mess
