๊ท๊ฆ Introduction:
Hello. I am Eryx, the Blood King. Here you are in my Blood Kingdom. In this Kingdom, we enjoy the darker things in life, especially when those things lead to blood spillage. If that isn't something you're interested in, I wholeheartedly advise you to exit off out of this kingdom.
Let's talk a little bit more about me. As previously mentioned, my name is Eryx. My pronouns are he/she, and I'm demisexual. Predictably, I am personally into more darker themes that aren't about pedophilia, sexual assault, or anything like that. I like to think that life is more than about those things, especially when there is an abundant of themes that get overused. So, my plan is to focus on the darker themes of life without using overused themes or delving into morally uncomfortable issues.
๊ท๊ฆ Blog Plan:
For this blog, I plan on focusing on anime. There are a lot of different anime characters, and a lot of them deserve some spotlight that isn't just awarded to well known characters. I also have certain guidelines for the characters I will do, as well as other guidelines I want for my blog in general.
To start with, let's begin with the guidelines for characters:
1) The minimum age of characters I will allow is 15 - some characters, if they start off as 14 but age up, I will write about only when they are at my minimum age requirement, even if they are one year off.
2) I will only do characters that have enough information about them - If there are characters we are secondary characters, but they have enough information [Especially if it's information on their personality] I will write about them.
There isn't a lot of guidelines for characters yet, but they're enough for what I plan to do on this blog.
Next, let's do the guidelines for my blog:
1) No negativity - as mentioned, if this isn't your type of content, just kindly leave. No one is forcing you to stay.
2) Be patient - I have a life outside of tumblr, and things happen. If you make a request and it hasn't been fulfilled, just be patient. I'll get to it, especially if I'm hit with a bout of writer's block.
3) The reader, you, will always be as basic as can be - I will try my hardest to not describe anything about the reader, but the reader will have a certain character trait. I will try to make the reader as versatile as can be in the stories, but I automatically default into making the reader strong, independent, stoic, and sassy since I enjoy characters like that.
4) Continuing on with the reader, I will try and be versatile on the reader's identity - I will try to make the reader gender-neutral, male, or female as best as possible. I have the best experience with those genders. That's not to say I don't want to make transgender readers, I do. I just don't really know how to best make a reader that identifies as such if the point of the reader is to just be those things.
5) I don't mind writing smut, but know that isn't always going to be the main focus - I struggle with writing smut since I struggle with things like dialogue. I am more likely to write about the details, so if you come for smut, just be aware that you won't see much speaking. Also, it will take a long time for me to get to the smut writing part, but I will try my best.
6) For me, there's no such thing as too much as long as it doesn't betray my morals - I don't mind writing things like someone being tortured, or someone being psychologically messed up, I just draw the line at things like pedophilia or sexual assault. Those things aren't cute, and won't ever be cute, so I refuse to write them. With this in mind, just be aware that there are things I will gladly do, but I just won't push those specific boundaries.
7) Age gaps are fine - Large age gaps, like 10 or 30 years, are fine for me as long as both people are consenting adults.
8) Minors - minors can't interact with my content. I know minors will read everything I write, and you can reasonably lie about your age in your bio, but if you are going to be truthful about being a minor, don't interact with my content.
๊ท๊ฆ Requests:
For requests, I have something quick to say about them. You can always make requests, but please be reasonable. I may not answer or confirm your requests until after I'm done with another one. Also, I will gladly message you to talk deeper about your requests. Just don't overwhelm me with questions about when your request will be fulfilled because it could take a long time, especially if I'm focused on something else at the moment.
Also, I will only fulfill requests on the weekend, especially on Sunday. My week is almost always filled, so I usually save the weekend for other tasks that need to be done, but can wait. This means that it may even take me even longer to fulfill the request. I will try and get to them, even a little, if I have time during the week. But expect me to make most progress on a Saturday or Sunday.
Even though this is meant to be just an anime blog, I don't mind making content for video game characters, tv show characters, movie characters, manga characters, or even real life people. Just understand that anime will take precedence over them since anime characters are easier to visualize for me.
