Hello there! @salient-extra here! I am the creator and mod behind Escape the Evil Lab at 3 A.M. AU (or ETELA3AM or simply just 3AM au for short). This is a Roblox Die of Death alternate universe where the Killers and Civilians switch sides and are placed in a laboratory/forest setting.

This blog was mainly made to help me develop Act One of the story more while also introducing the AU to you all! This AU will be planned to have a fanfic accompanied by this blog once the main timeline and characters have been throughly planned out.

Unfortunately, Harken is already planned to have her first appearance in Act Two. She will not be part of the Act One cast of characters, but she will be briefly mentioned here and there throughout the blog until Act Two starts!

This will include obscene content, heavy gore, graphic content, nudity, hate speech, and etc. Blood, very light suggestive asks, horror of any kind, phobias, and epilepsy can be sent to me, but I will have to censor a lot of it in case if anyone is sensitive.

- This blog will get into some pretty heavy topics, such as trauma and its impact. Jokes will be kept on the lighter side for the sake of this. However, please look into this blog at your own risk!

The Scientist looked around… looks like he had somehow teleported again. However this time, it wasn’t caused by the broken wand he held in his black gloved hand. The sight of a monochrome magician nearby caught the attention of his eye. His outfit, looked familiar with the black and white scientists. Similar to the stage outfit he used to wear before having a job of being a biologist at the Science Institute. Brings him pretty bad flashbacks, but the Scientist digressed. He awkwardly waved at the Magician and tried to only focus on his face. Just. Act like this is like a stage. An act!

There was a Killdroid. A very beaten up one in fact. They were…… a little confused at best. After all, being randomly teleported to some random place by the Wand isn’t always the most pleasant experience. But hey! At least they are here now and hopefully they are safe.

OOC: hello there! I LOVE Doc and Doctor Funtime man. They are such cool characters and silly characters hehe!

Doctor Funtime managed to run away from an encounter he had with a couple of the civilians, one of them being that idiotic sheriff. The doctor was shot on his left arm, though it's nothing one of the healing potions he had stolen can fix.

He seemed to be in such distress, yet he never broke away from that disturbing grin on his face.

"Brainless surviors, shooting at a doctor...fuck..." That annoying pressure from the bullet wound kept nagging at him, begging him to fix it.

He pulled out a blood stained healing potion and opened it.

As he drank the bitter concoction, a strange machine appeared in front of him, causing him to fall back a bit "Oh my..." he said quietly.

That machine, it looked similar to one that has tried to explode him a couple weeks ago, yet this one looked extremely broken. The doctor stepped closer, having the urge to examine the messup looking government machine. He completely ignored whatever it said to him and just stared at it in awe.

The busted up Prototype tapped their foot and waited for a response. Staring at this killer’s face was admittedly, a bit unnerving to see. But hey, better than whatever Pursuer’s friend’s looked like now. The urge to slap the Docter’s face wad a bit unbearable, but Lildroid decided to not do it and stepped back. After all, only one of them has a weapon on hand. Best to not have any more damage done to this model since they have no backups.

/Ever heard about personal space, man? You’re popping my personal bubble./

Funtime removed his hand from his arm, blood still seeping through the wound. Taking a quick breath, he finally broke his unsettling silence "What even happened to you that caused you to look…like that" he motioned his hand in front of the machine "Useless, broken, you might as well make great scrap for-" The doctors eyes darted towards his chainsaw, turning his head at its direction as well, then back at the machine. An idea formed in that twisted mind of his.

Since this robot hasn't even tried to blow him up once, it poses no threat to him. He could easily overpower it, make some wicked modifications to his chainsaw, and probably use that head of it as some nice decor for his room (the place he stays at looks quite depressing, so literally anything could work as "neat" decor.)

While he can't really work well with machinery, he could just take one of those builder civilians to do him a favor.

"You…despite your HORRIBLE appearance, you still operate…makes me wonder that maybe, JUST MAYBE you have a purpose..." the doctor said as he inched closer to the machine.

Lildroid’s shoulders raised, knowing damn well that this person wanted to use them for whatever they wanted to do with the chainsaw. Yet, they didn’t panic just yet and said, /Hey- hey! This body ain’t for parts. Besides, can I take a closer look of that chainsaw you got there, man?/

Just looking at the chainsaw itself, none of the parts in this model would be a good addition to it, especially if the Doctor wanted more strength to his attacks. After all, a bunch of safety equipment like parachutes and cushioning pads wouldn’t be the most useful for full blown flesh cutting attacks.

Lildroid took a few more steps back to have a bit more distance from Doctor Funtime. It then ask, /What um- things you what to do with the chainsaw, whoever you are? Bet I can help with that./

As much as it doesn’t want to help with whatever this manic of a Doctor wanted to do, they really don’t want to get this robotic body get anymore damaged than it already has. The Labs probably will lock them up in a containment room if Lildroid returned to the Science Institute again and get a new body. Besides, he already got his friends to take care of back at the van. Can’t leave them alone in the forest just for itself.

Honestly, the beaten up Killdroid was very lucky to have a degree in weapon engineering.

There's someone wandering in the woods again. A mostly black n' white man— with the only exceptions being the rose on his tophat and his cape— is just... walking. A small, floating music box gently playing in his hands. Looking around every so often.

“où diable suis-je?” [where the hell am i?] The magician muttered to himself, very much not recognizing the area of the forest he's in.

A monochrome scientist immediately appeared out of no where. Sparkles shot out in all directions as Artful fell quite harshly down onto the ground with a thud.

“𝐀ï𝐞… 𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞…𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐦 𝐈, 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲?”

He quickly scanned the area and seemed to be somewhere within the forest. A deep and balked sigh came out of Artful, who now knew he would once again have to find a way to come back to the van again. He straightened his wide brimmed hat back to place after the man stood up from the wet earth; the once clean and dry black and white coat and pants were now spoiled with soil, twigs, leaves, mud, and whatever else was on the ground. Artful winced in disgust at the sight of his now ruined clothes and began to pick off the foliage and sticks off of them. It was until, someone in a similar monochrome colour palette caught the attention of their eyes.

“…𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨? 𝐔𝐦.. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠?”, Artful asked a bit cautiously. A sprinkle of slightly pink blush fell on top of the scientist’s pale cheeks as he tried to hide the mess behind them… His shoulders also raised as they quickly also crouched down to pick up the half of the broken wand and quickly shoved it into his pocket. Artful’s eyes seemed to dart somewhere else, just anywhere else other than the wand when they swiped it off the ground.. Anyway, they quickly straightened their back and coughed a bit. What should he say…. Oh no, he’s not prepared!

Startled by the screaming, the magician bought the music box against his chest and turned around, managing to catch sight of the source falling before they hit the ground. Artful whined at the loud thud, that HAD to have hurt— the sparkling not going unnoticed, but unquestioned for now.

The music stopped playing the moment the screaming was heard, and hasn't started back up yet. Which made sense, he wasn't exactly sure if the stranger was a threat or not. Better safe then sorry.

“.... Hi?” He managed out after a few moments of just watching the other, who looked.. oddly similar to him. Confusion is very evident in his voice, although he can't help the curiosity nagging at the back of his mind— and the sense of caution. “I'm... okay? Who— what?”

... The stranger also has a wand. Broken, sure, but... the sparkling— the colors, he— he really shouldn't get his hopes up. Just in case, he also took out his wand, keeping it behind his back in case any funny business happens.

He blinked, noticing how strangely similar the two looked. The other looked more… fancy? Maybe. However, the outfit they wore. It was similar to the attires that Artful himself would wear back in the days before he took the job as a scientist. Those magical shows Artful preformed throughout almost their entire life with Bonus-… The monochrome civilian quickly shock their head and hands out of repression. No, no! Don’t think of those now. Just say something back! Those are unrelated to this! He shouldn’t cry over this- oh.

Tears began to swell within his eyes as he continued to stress over about how this interaction was going. After a few deep breaths, he was at least able to force out, “𝐔𝐡… 𝐡𝐢! 𝐔𝐦…”

What else should I say? Oh no, just continue the conversation! It’s going to be fine! Everything will be alright as long as I stay calm..!

Oh goodness why does the scientist look like he's about to cry?? He didn't even do anything! At least, he doesn't think so? He even sounds like he's about to cry! Arts doesn't know how to deal with that!

The magician looked like a deer in headlights, not being able to think of a response for a moment. Any worry of being caught was thrown out the window as he internally panicked on what to do. What can he do? He's not good at this! He doesn't even know if the stranger knows who he is! Should he be worried? Leave while he could??

“Uhh, hey? You— uh. Wanna, see a magic trick?” Or— that works? The music box in his hand is softly playing again. It's a piano piece, gentle and calming. He doesn't know why it chose this piece, but he isn't complaining. Not worried about hiding the wand in his other hand— not when the stranger is like this, he held the floating music box with both hands as it continued its music. A small grin on his face, visibly nervous.

Having the music box shoved into his face wasn’t the smartest thing to do. The scientist quickly shook his head, not exactly wanting to see the music box. As much as he appreciates the attempt, the music enough was now overwhelming him too much. He covered his ears, and his eyes darted somewhere else. As much as the biologist wanted to leave, he couldn’t just leave the Magician here. He didn’t do anything wrong! He could be lost. He can handle it!

But could he truly hold it in?

Tears wetted the black bandages over their healing would as his head pounded heavily. In an attempt to at least ease the situation a bit, he feebly and quietly asked, “𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞… 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐨𝐱.”

God, he felt so pathetic.

Doctor Funtime managed to run away from an encounter he had with a couple of the civilians, one of them being that idiotic sheriff. The doctor was shot on his left arm, though it's nothing one of the healing potions he had stolen can fix.

He seemed to be in such distress, yet he never broke away from that disturbing grin on his face.

"Brainless surviors, shooting at a doctor...fuck..." That annoying pressure from the bullet wound kept nagging at him, begging him to fix it.

He pulled out a blood stained healing potion and opened it.

As he drank the bitter concoction, a strange machine appeared in front of him, causing him to fall back a bit "Oh my..." he said quietly.

That machine, it looked similar to one that has tried to explode him a couple weeks ago, yet this one looked extremely broken. The doctor stepped closer, having the urge to examine the messup looking government machine. He completely ignored whatever it said to him and just stared at it in awe.

The busted up Prototype tapped their foot and waited for a response. Staring at this killer’s face was admittedly, a bit unnerving to see. But hey, better than whatever Pursuer’s friend’s looked like now. The urge to slap the Docter’s face wad a bit unbearable, but Lildroid decided to not do it and stepped back. After all, only one of them has a weapon on hand. Best to not have any more damage done to this model since they have no backups.

Oh waht happend to killdroid

/Me? Ohhh….. are you talking about the fact that we almost gotten eaten by Avoid- I mean Amy. Got a crap ton of dirt and scratches on me, but who cares? At least Pursuer’s alright./

The Killdroid slowly treaded own the path as they supported an quiet injured Pursuer by using a human crutch method. They seemed to have sprained their ankle as they ran away from whoever this “Amy” is. Luckily, they seemed to outran her with the help of Pursuer’s ability to become invisible along with anyone who is in contact with it for a few minutes.

Nevertheless, they headed back to where the van is and-

There's someone wandering in the woods again. A mostly black n' white man— with the only exceptions being the rose on his tophat and his cape— is just... walking. A small, floating music box gently playing in his hands. Looking around every so often.

“où diable suis-je?” [where the hell am i?] The magician muttered to himself, very much not recognizing the area of the forest he's in.

A monochrome scientist immediately appeared out of no where. Sparkles shot out in all directions as Artful fell quite harshly down onto the ground with a thud.

“𝐀ï𝐞… 𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞…𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐦 𝐈, 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲?”

He quickly scanned the area and seemed to be somewhere within the forest. A deep and balked sigh came out of Artful, who now knew he would once again have to find a way to come back to the van again. He straightened his wide brimmed hat back to place after the man stood up from the wet earth; the once clean and dry black and white coat and pants were now spoiled with soil, twigs, leaves, mud, and whatever else was on the ground. Artful winced in disgust at the sight of his now ruined clothes and began to pick off the foliage and sticks off of them. It was until, someone in a similar monochrome colour palette caught the attention of their eyes.

“…𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨? 𝐔𝐦.. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠?”, Artful asked a bit cautiously. A sprinkle of slightly pink blush fell on top of the scientist’s pale cheeks as he tried to hide the mess behind them… His shoulders also raised as they quickly also crouched down to pick up the half of the broken wand and quickly shoved it into his pocket. Artful’s eyes seemed to dart somewhere else, just anywhere else other than the wand when they swiped it off the ground.. Anyway, they quickly straightened their back and coughed a bit. What should he say…. Oh no, he’s not prepared!

Startled by the screaming, the magician bought the music box against his chest and turned around, managing to catch sight of the source falling before they hit the ground. Artful whined at the loud thud, that HAD to have hurt— the sparkling not going unnoticed, but unquestioned for now.

The music stopped playing the moment the screaming was heard, and hasn't started back up yet. Which made sense, he wasn't exactly sure if the stranger was a threat or not. Better safe then sorry.

“.... Hi?” He managed out after a few moments of just watching the other, who looked.. oddly similar to him. Confusion is very evident in his voice, although he can't help the curiosity nagging at the back of his mind— and the sense of caution. “I'm... okay? Who— what?”

... The stranger also has a wand. Broken, sure, but... the sparkling— the colors, he— he really shouldn't get his hopes up. Just in case, he also took out his wand, keeping it behind his back in case any funny business happens.

He blinked, noticing how strangely similar the two looked. The other looked more… fancy? Maybe. However, the outfit they wore. It was similar to the attires that Artful himself would wear back in the days before he took the job as a scientist. Those magical shows Artful preformed throughout almost their entire life with Bonus-… The monochrome civilian quickly shock their head and hands out of repression. No, no! Don’t think of those now. Just say something back! Those are unrelated to this! He shouldn’t cry over this- oh.

Tears began to swell within his eyes as he continued to stress over about how this interaction was going. After a few deep breaths, he was at least able to force out, “𝐔𝐡… 𝐡𝐢! 𝐔𝐦…”

What else should I say? Oh no, just continue the conversation! It’s going to be fine! Everything will be alright as long as I stay calm..!
