I took this out of the window of a bus as I was heading back to catch the ferry... Scrambled to take two photos of the deer who had casually strolled out for the evening. A great parting gift! :)

Not the best presentation but I had to share this: -avocado and tomato salad with chimichurri sauce; - poached egg; - hash of sweet potato, kale and onion with chili powder, cumin and tajin (chile con limón). Mixed in black chick peas I pressure cooked with cumin and turmeric And I'm going to use the leftover hash in my ground meat for burritos tonight.
