it's my birthday! i've turned 22 today.

and while i'm here, awake from my winter slumber and celebrating, i have a few things to say.

to my followers. i'm sorry for my absence. life's been hard; i won't bore you with details. and although i've made some artwork during that time, it never sees the light of day if it's something only a couple of people would understand, or something "unfinished", or simply "not good enough". tackling that mindset is not easy. but i promise this blog won't be left abandoned and i'll have something to show someday.

to my mutuals. i can't thank you enough for being around and making me smile each day. even if it's just engaging in small talk or checking for new posts once in a while, i cherish every interaction we have.

to my close friends. i love you so much, each one of you. my deepest thanks to you for being there, supporting me, accepting me at my worst, helping me become a better person. if i could, i would give you the biggest hug i can muster.

with that being said, i hope for an easy year, and i wish you all a good day. 💖
