THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON This is not mythbusters, but Dark Side of the Moon is just as fake as Earth being flat. People saying Dark Side of Moon exists have problems with their understnding of Rotational Mechanics and Tidal Locking. In reality both sides of the Moon receives same amount of light from Sun, the reason being it's only one side to be visible to us insignificant intelligent creatures is because of Tidal Locking and little Rotational Mechanics not too tough. In Tidal Locking the body orbiting another huge body acheives a special stable orbit having its energy conserved and stable enough to not go anywhere else(but due to some small affects it does opposite which shall be discussed in future posts). This position is common among Moons of Solar System because they are small and perfect enough to have Tidal Locking, which results in Parent Body being able to observe only one side of their Moon. Same is with Earth and Moon, in Tidal locking the duration of Moon to rotate on its axis and duration for it complete its orbit around Earth is same, visualising it make it sensible as if Moon were stable and not rotating on its axis would have made all sides of Moon to be visible which isn't good for Earth and Moon as it is unstable for Moon and would not cause tides on Earth which has several biological affects which i dont know(since i have not taken bio as a subject). Thus technically 1 day on Moon is same as 4 weeks which is a month,seems good for those who love to sleep. EARTH'S ROTATION Our heavenly world seems to have problems with rotation since day one. Rotating at angular speed of 1,040 mph, resulting in a massive amount of angular momentum. Since Moon is binded with Earth through Gravity, making a system as a whole, with applications of momentum and energy conservation laws to be true and working, it does some unsatisfying magic. Since the beginning of Moon formation Earth's gravity is trying hard to accelerate it towards Earth, which would most probably end up in being a ring instead of Moon crashing into Earth, thus this Gravitational force is increasing bringing Moon close which ends up in increasing rotating speed of moon. As a result it ends up in resulting tides on Earth's surface, to prove energy and momentum conservation laws Earth's rotating speed ends up decreasing, which has resulted in Moon going away from us by few centimeters every year and on the other hand slowing down Earth's rotation speed at a very very low rate, increasing time of an entire day. 7 NEW HOPES In 2015 a team of astronomers at a university in Belgium used Photometry Transit with the Transiting Planets and Planetesimals Small Telescope (TRAPPIST) at Chile used it to find 3 Earth sized planets orbiting a red dwarf(TRAPPIST-1) and tomorrow they announced discovery of 4 more earth sized planet in system of TRAPPIST-1. First 3 discovered planets were assigned names from b-d and rest from e-h.TRAPPIST-1 is an ultracool dwarf star has surface temperature of 2550K and of Sun is 5778K,it's size is about 8℅ of Sun and is 500 Million Years Old and Sun is about 4.6 Billion Years Old.Since ultracool dwarf star are less luminous since they burn their fuel very slowly as compared to Sun and giants it would live upto 4-5 Trillion Years,the Star is metal rich and it's luminosity is 0.04℅ of that of Sun.All planets orbit TRAPPIST-1 closer than the distance between Mercury and Sun,distance between each is almost 1.6 times the distance between Earth and Moon,thus all planets could be visible from sky. TRAPPIST-1B's year is 1.5 Earth days and goes on increasing with 12.5 Earth days on TRAPPIST-1H.Since temperature variation is considerable on planets on day and night,resulting in cyclic winds in atmosphere,since TRAPPIST-1 is red dwarf it would not blow away planets atmosphere through solar winds or flairs,increasing possibility for life to exist at high levels.An XMM-Newton X-Ray study shows that planets are subjected to sufficient amount of X-ray and extreme ultraviolet(EUV/XUV) irradiation increasing possibility for being habitable to new heights as it is perfect for our atmosphericconditions.Atmosphere of TRAPPIST-1B and C is found to be cloud less and hydrogen dominant,possibility of it varying from Earth like atmosphere to Venus like,we need more spectroscopic information to conclude right answer. EARTH'S MAGNETIC FIELD During Earth's Dark Age asteroids of metallic composition in high quantity bombarded and settled down being densest on Earth forming current day molten Iron Core(because it has 66.66% iron and rest is nickle and other elements),outer layer is liquid alloy and inner is solid iron.This lead to development of one of the strongest magnetic fields in Solar System, the field of Earth. During evolutionary period it gave powers of navigation and coordination among primary organisms which developed by evolution in them more or less from type to type.Suns Solars Winds containing destructive ionized particles are reppeled of by magnetic feild not affecting us and causing radiation toxication killing us. It results in formation of Auroras on poles, Solar Storms lik Coronal Mass Ejection prove to be stronger than our field affecting our navigation power and technology. The poles change direction every 800000 years, and will be happening soon enough, it happens because at 1040 mph speed of Earth's rotation it produces torque massive enough to time to time change direction of core ending up in upside down position changing poles, affecting our navigation skills and technology we could adapt easily but not our tech. THE LOST EARTH'S HISTORY, FORMATION OF MOON AND THE DARK AGE Just after few months of formation of Infant Earth, entire solar system was unstable and catastrophic, which resulted in leftover peices of rocks from Asteroid Belt, Kuiper Belt and Oort Cloud to escape their path and bombard into planets. Gas giants werent affected at all, inner planets including Earth were most affected. Infant Earth was bombarded with massive asteroids were size of Maine and small ones about 15 football fields. At about 500 million years ago a storm prevailed on Earth as a Mars sized object(called Thea) bombarded into the Earth the collision was massive enough to churn up hot magma formed under Earth's newly formed surface and triggered reaction among atmospheric elements to change its composition. This collision's massivness and impactnes made 10% of Earth's early history to lost only an ancient element called Zircon survived storm, except that we have no information about period before Dark Age. The impact changed Earth and destroyed Mars sized asteroid got captured by Earth's gravity and started orbiting it since then which we call "The Moon",and that's how Moon formed and had dark age similar to Earth during early stages of asteroid bombardment. This explosion and bombardment was very important for Earth, as it shaped Earth to have perfect energy states for seasonal orbital influences to maintain right temperatures to cool down. It made new elements and compunds which under presence of perfect sunlight and nutrient conditions develoved life at its first stage of single cell. Important elements, compunds and gases found in atmosphere, ocean and under Earth are all because of this explosion and made Earth habitable for life to form and evolve to current day animal diversity. HOW PLANET EARTH FORMED About 4.6 billions years ago there was a vast and massive pool of gases, dust and particles(a.k.a nebula),which was about 287.46 billion km in diameter. This system was in our Milky Way Galaxy, neighbouring several star systems, which mostly currently have died or are about to, due to system disturbence which could have been due to an explosion or passing by of a speeding star caused the matter in system to behave abnormally. It triggered tha matter in system and resulted in action of physical phenomenon and fundamental forces. As a result the matter of small particles gradually came close and started falling under their own gravity. As a result many chunks were formed which again collecetd and falled towards their own gravity to form bigger chunks. This process becomes so intense and massive that matter starts rotating at high speeds colliding with high momentum resulting in production of heat and energy to form bonds. After several cycles of this process finally a massive chunk formed and resulted in formation of our star our only source of energy "The Sun". Since you can imagine how massive this ocean of gasses, dust and particle must have been, as a result of its vastness some chunks which were like sand grains to sun resulted in formation of planets. This process is not easy as it is difficult to collect and collide matter at small scale thus lucky process lead to planets and unlucky lead to formation of Asteroid Belt, Kuiper Belt and Oort Cloud, which consists of uncollected and uncollided peices of rocks. Lucky rocks collided and formed planets among which one was our planet "The Earth". At early stages Earth was a hot, boiling, erupting ball. This process of heat production and energy loss resulted in several reactions to form stable compounds among elements of earth and cooled down. These compunds and elements formed resulted in formation of life from single cell to current state of diversity with humans being the most intelligent and dominant among all.
