WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?

Virtual Reality Photography by Leonardo Sang

VRP stands for “Virtual Reality Photography”. This is a personal project that uses video games as platforms for everyday photography. VRP’s objective is to show how photography concepts can be applied in video games. Video games today have full visual capacity and complexity to create a proper photographic ambient. All the pictures created are composed just like “real world” photography. Basic composing, alignment, lines, geometry and etc… sometimes just a curious snapshot. I’m not here to create a “visually realistic” picture, but simply trying to bring photography through a different way.
The whole idea was inspired by Robert Overweg.

A remix I did a couple of years ago.
Second test run of the mograph sound effector. This time playing with another noise filter.
Cinema 4D's Mograph tool is a very cool thing. I had been thinking about learning to do this for a long time and finally I got the chance to try it out. I found this great tutorial:Â youtube.com/watch?v=CRfw1B-Ys8k
From this test I learned that you really have to prepare your audio file before doing this. If you want your geometry reacting to the beat then you will have to filter out all of the other frequencies in the track. A great tutorial for doing this is this one:library.creativecow.net/articles/mylenium/Mograph_beautiful_noise.php
Happy mographing!
PS I only have the demo version of C4D R13 and it only lets you render in 640x360. But hey it let's you render godamnit!
