Patreon Update:

I’m finally gonna bite the bullet and close down my Patreon page y’all. It’s just something I can’t be consistent with anymore and it’s time I fetch all the package files so you all can still download when I officially shut the page down. 

I’ve cut off the billing cycle so no one should face any more recurring charges moving forwards. I recommend new folks to not pledge as I work on getting everything updated and taken down. 

I appreciate all the support I’ve gotten since I started back in may 2020. My plan is to either put all of my patreon content in one big folder and upload it to a file sharing service or to individually upload each of my downloads and link it to the posts on my tumblr. Not sure which will happen yet. But I’m working on it today.

Life update lmao

Here’s the list of shit that has changed since i last spoke to you guys

1. I stopped playing the sims (obviously) but I’m trying to log into origin and load it up again for like the first time in an entire year. This is the longest I've gone without in my entire life. I’ve just been busy.

2. Soft coming out as pansexual. Also using they/them pronouns. i know. wild. 

3. I quit my big adult job. Some of you will be REALLY proud to hear that I’ve accepted that I’m not a developer. I was miserable doing my old job as a developer. the money was so good i bought my first car, brand new and everything. but I hated coming in to work with my actual team. my mentor was also like a hardcore conservative and he’d go on anti liberal rants i could not do it yall. 

4. I have another job now making a fraction of what i used to at a fraction of the wage but i really dodged a proverbial bullet. I’m REALLY proud of choosing my mental wellbeing over money. im interviewing for different opportunities while i work where im at rn. money is extremely tight but hey. my shit is not overdrafted and thats what matters.

5. I’m probably never going to release CC again. Life is too hectic for that. And this is less and less of a hobby for me overall. But i hope to not just abandon ship altogether in terms of being a part of the sims community. that would be such a huge break up

Hello from the other side

I’m alive. 

Yesterday, I turned 23.

I start working in June. Until then, I’m existing. Sort of. 

I’m still working on music. Getting serious about it.

Last week I was in the woods chasing after stray kittens that were just born. The mother’s name is Pebbles. She’s a tuxedo and she’s nothing but a kitten her goddamn self. the goal is to continue feeding her and see if she brings the kittens around so we can TNR them all. 

 I also trapped sweet baby Romeo (pictured below)

He’s Felv pos and FIV pos. He doesn’t look anything like he does in the photo anymore. He’s got bite wounds, lost his voice, had a horrible cough, and lethargic. If he doesn’t respond to medication in a week, he may be euthanized. It’s not looking good for him at all. I’ve been feeding him since November 2021. My hearts hurting cause I always get attached to strays I feed. I looked forward to him running to the porch and greeting me. He has quite the personality. I was hoping he could get neutered and rescued properly, but we (me and my friend who has helped tremendously with resources for him) did the best we could and hope is (maybe) last days he gets loved on like he deserves.

Had a death in the family that kind of rocked us all. My grandparent’s health is getting worse and it’s sad to see. I had to deal with a crisis yesterday mostly on my own and it was taxing. Caregiving is so hard.

I haven’t opened sims in FOREVER. I used to think i would never outgrow it. I don’t quite think I have yet, I just have been doing other things.
