A better photo of boxpunk Graham Chapman. Courtesy of Glen. Now get on with it!
Graham Chapman as a very, very silly box punk. (at Limerick School of Art and Design)
Character Design project: “Billy the Butcher’s Boy” Billy is a seven year old boy. He lives with his father in the wreckage of the world, in one of the few extant tenement houses. When he’s not helping with the meat at his dad’s butcher shoppe, the boy explores the ruins - collecting stones and interesting pieces of rubble, which he later uses to play with. As the reality of the place is grim and grey, and there’s no other kids around, Billy created his own colour-filled world with his imagination. Billy always wears a mask. The mask is made of pig’s skin and sinew, tanned by his father at the shoppe. Local scavengers often wonder what is the reason the boy’s hides his face behind the mask. No one dares to ask though, the same way no one dares to ask where Billy’s dad gets his strange meat.
Photography project inspired by Emma’s personality.
Graffiti to me has pretty much ruined the world. It’s ruined it for film, when you go to a place to film, everything is graffitied so if you don’t want it, you have to paint it out. So much great architecture is graffitied over, so many great train stations, factories, are graffitied over and its a horrible, horrible thing. Trees have gone away and graffiti has taken their place.

"13" is up on the wall in the college. I’m an individual. I’m a single point in the middle of space. I live in my brain, the place where I view the Outside. I’m an individual, but I’m not indivisible. I appear to be whole, but inside, I know I’m scattered. Comprised of bits and pieces that don’t really match. For this piece I’ve explored the qualities of perspective, size and space. There is only one point in space where all the layers align perfectly. Going away from the point, the image changes and distorts. Photography by Phillip Desmond

The book project is finished. I really enjoyed the work on Burying Your Life short story by Harkiran Dhindsa. Booklet is printed on recycled paper and etched with laser, courtesy of the local fabrication lab.
Such a good book.
Typography - creating layouts, learning by making mistakes.
Reprography project - questionable fun, but it has to be done.
Test run for the layered paper cut-out piece. Trying to achieve the perfect alignment, and the fishing wire obviously isn't working. Fun times, playing with size and perspective! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dS12p0Zqlt0
Hey, I've made a wallpaper! And it's so Windows Vista :P A whole day spent on online tutorials in Illustrator & Photoshop. Enjoy!
