All of it
EVERYTHING
What you’re standing on
Whatever you’re looking at
Everything you don’t see and all the space between
You are it.

Observe, Don't Analyze: It is an invitation to stop overthinking and instead engage with the immediate sensory experience—what you see, hear, or feel in the body.
See Things As They Are: The goal is to see reality directly, rather than through the filters of memory, judgment, or expectation.
"Don't Know" Mind: In Zen, this is known as "don't-know mind," which is a state of open, curious awareness that does not cling to preconceived ideas or intellectual understanding.
Detach from Thoughts: It encourages treating thoughts as passing, subjective events (like clouds or sounds) rather than absolute truths or definitions of "self".
Endless Searching Stops: It implies that seeking, craving, and over-analyzing actually create more mental suffering (samsara), while simply being present brings peace.
"I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am."
Sylvia Plath, The Bell Jar
Jean-Paul Sartre, Nausea
in the end, it comes down to resting as what you are, as this self that's awareness, and forget about fixing or correcting appearances. meanings still appear, stories still form, but they are seen for what they are: empty concepts.
apparent meanings only feel heavy/real when they are believed to be something. words like success, failure, loss, progress, lack, stagnation have no substance outside of thought. they point to nothing. when they arise without being grasped, they dissolve on their own. there is no need to argue with concepts or replace them with other ones that seem to be better.
emotions don’t need a justification. thoughts don’t need a thinker. nothing personal is at stake, because there is no person at the center of experience. this experience is not personal.
when meanings are no longer taken so seriously, a natural ease shows itself. not because things improve, but because nothing needs to be held together. it feels different from indifference, it is more of a simplicity. everything feels to have fallen into place with no need of your intervention. you're always free to live without the weight of concepts that were never real to begin with.

Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
if it's already done, what can you do now to prove to yourself you have it? it's already yours.
