The other man’s broad hands caught Loki by surprise, and he stiffened, his own seizing them so that they laid flat upon his hips. But he recognized the fingers’ length, their rings, and his vice grip loosened.
“You surprised me!” he laughed, attempting to sound jovial past the sudden lump in his throat.

My, my, Loki was affectionate today. En Dwi would be lying if he said he wasn’t enjoying it quite thoroughly.
“Perhaps, uh, you would fancy some company?” He asked, lips twitching. “We could go to my personal gardens,” he added. He hadn’t been there in quite a while, though he assumed the plants there were being cared for. Perhaps Loki would enjoy them more than he.
“Of course, if you would, uh, prefer to be alone, that would be fine by me too,” he added after a moment, still stroking softly at his hair.
Loki retained his soft and dreamy smile, internally swearing—
Alone would be the preferable option—perhaps he could get something accomplished then!
But…he could already tell the Grandmaster was a fickle one.
His favor…
“I adore flowers…” he sighed, blinking slowly in response to the other man’s affections.
A wide grin split across En Dwi’s features. “I should, uh, take that as a yes then?” He asked, taking Loki’s hand and giving it a squeeze.
While he was not one for sitting and watching the ships fly overhead, he was one for indulging his fancies. Loki, was a particularly fond fancy, he would not lie.
“Come flower,” he smiled, wrapping a hand back around his waist and walking slowly. “I would like to shower you in simple pleasures.”
Simple pleasures…
Loki eased into En Dwi’s hand, adoring the so-oft-sought-after attention in his heart of hearts.
Perhaps the man was known as a psychopath, but Loki could rather get used to this…
And after all, who to better serve a psychopath than another?
“I can’t wait…” he swooned, allowing his physical defenses to fall just a bit, to lean and depend somwhat on the other—for he knew that was what En Dwi wanted…
The Grandmaster was somewhat surprised that Loki swooned so much. So far, it had mainly been simple nuzzles, small touches. He was most impressed, and, of course, most pleased by these developments.
“One of the, uh, benefits of being a creature of high class,” En cooed as they strolled. “Is, uh, I know how to pamper and treat a pretty thing such as yourself how you should be,” he smirked, glancing at him slyly. “Tell me, pet, name anything you would, uh, wish to have at this moment. Be it food, drink, being, and it will be fetched for you and brought to the gardens.”
It was almost a test… and En Dwi was more than interested to see how he would react to such a proposal.
Being?
He wondered if that was a general privilege…
“Just some wine…” he sighed, trying his best to appear delicate, weak, “…it helps with my melancholy.”
Loki leaned onto the other man, smiling softly as he toyed with his clothing, “As does company…”
En Dwi flicked a hand at one of the guards following them, who promptly nodded and took his leave to find that wine for his dear pet.
His hand tightened upon the other when he leaned in. “For you? Company, my dear, I have in, uh, I have in abundance,” he smiled. Small and genuine. Perhaps he really had grown fond of this one.
He lead him out to the gardens and gave him a knowing grin. “Ah, perfect. A flower finally with its own. You, uh, you do so fit in here.”
For the first time since he had gotten here, Loki gave an honest reaction…
He was momentarily stunned by the sheer magnitude of the gardens, the delicate care put in. And how the trees did sway, the flowers mingled with each other so well, breeds of the universe congregated here in one soil. There was color, there was scent oh so carefully selected—
There was narcissism, in sculpted hedges…Loki retained a snort, for he would do the same…
“They’re lovely…” he spoke in complete honestly for once, finding it impossible to retain his awe.
And for just a moment, he felt his melancholy lift…
As hoped for… Loki liked them.
En Dwi grinned and put both hands on Loki’s hips, ghosting his lips over his neck without actually touching. “Not as lovely as you, Pet,” he responded smoothly.
“I thank you for your kindness all the same,” he chuckled, pulling away slightly when he saw the guard had returned. He took the bottle and glasses he had held out and grinned, urging Loki to turn around.
Once he was facing him, he brought them out from behind his back and smiled. “Wine, as requested, my dear.”
He pondered if there was a poison garden—perhaps something with quinoline, some mistletoe, some nightshade…
But he was met with the Grandmaster’s touch…
And for a moment, he genuinely did melt, bracing himself by holding the the man’s shoulders. But then touch was gone, the eccentric tyrant withdrew, and Loki was left to pondering once more as he scanned the gardens for something he recognized to be effective…
When the man returned, Loki was delighted by the sight of the wine.
“Pour me a glass, darling?” he asked sweetly, “I’d love a tour of these magnificent gardens!”
“Certainly,” En gave him a charming grin, pouring the two of them a glass each and putting the bottle down. He held the glass out for Loki to take.
“Tell me,” he said after a moment. “Which direction would you like to, uh, wander first?”
The gardens were reasonably large, after all. En would be happy to show him the whole thing if he wished it, though it would likely take some time.
After a few moments he spoke up again. “I, uh, do quite enjoy your company, Pet. You are much more to my tastes than most of those who reside here.”
