When I see this panel, I've always seen it as Yuuki not wanting to be there, surrounded by all these rich snooty vampires, but knowing that she has to be there. She wants to be by Kaname's side in all things. I'll be honest when I say I don't see any of the warmth, loyalty, or deep love reflected in her eyes. To me, she just looks calm, a calm that perhaps obscures her resignation over having to attend this soirée, but calm nonetheless. Though, given the fact that she's been restricted for over a year to Kuran Mansion, she definitely yet welcomes the opportunity to be free at last to interact with other people.
Now, Kaname, on the other hand... I can certainly see the warmth, loyalty, and deep love that has endured everything reflected in his eyes. The way he looks at her, the way he leans towards her, almost as if he's lending her his strength and confidence with which to arm herself during this soirée. During this soirée and anytime, anywhere else.
He wants to be as close to her as he possibly can. He wants to support her in all things. And Yuuki knows this. Despite whatever she may think on being confined to Kuran Mansion for over a year, she knows he only wants what's best for her.
I will admit, I do see the part about her looking radiant, graceful, and strong, and I definitely see the softness in her here, the softness that only Kaname has ever managed to bring out in her.
To me, Kaname, his presence, it's giving her some courage and some confidence. Not all of it, mind you, she most assuredly still has her own well of courage to drawn from, same with the confidence, but definitely his presence at her side is helping bolster that graceful calm that she's got going on.
