Heart Attack, Octavia Goetia
(Something that probably won't happen in Helluva Boss' third season (could be wrong though). I've primarily based this on previous statements from VivziePop about Season 3 partially being about addiction (though there's probably a good chance that those plans changed) and basically went with my own interpretation from there.)

So... this is how it ends... dying on my eighteenth birthday...
Octavia thought her father's Happy Pills would numb all of the noise around her.
Ever since Sinmas, she would reluctantly turn to Stolas' antidepressants as an odd source of comfort.
She didn't consider the possibility of her addition, the one that her own mother was encouraging, leading her to her own early grave.
The pills almost certainly hadn't improved Octavia's mental state in the slightest.
BA-BUMP! BA-BUMP! BA-BUMP! BA-BUMP!
Her heart was feeling the full force of stimulation that the pills provided.
Stolas' medicine was primarily meant for adult Goetia like himself. But for someone of Octavia's age, the use of these pills could prove fatal.
As was the case the two previous times she took more than was needed. The previous two times, Octavia brushed off as fainting spells.
Now, on her eighteenth birthday, she had been confronted by her father, the imp he loved, the adopted hellhound daughter and the two married imps.
They tried to reason with her. Tried to reach out. But Via still remembered her father's actions and lashed out at the group.
And when she ended up slapping Loona's face in a fit of anger, she started to realize her mistake. Her mistake of not hearing her father out during Sinmas and not hearing the others out now.
Was... was this... how he felt at my age?
She turned to see her mother Stella smiling, almost triumphant at the thought of seeing her verbally destroy the people trying to help her.
That's when Stella started gloating.
About having Octavia married off to the Von Eldritchs. About how Paimon arranged her and Stolas' marriage in the first place. About how she hired Striker to kill Stolas before calling off the hit.
About potentially forcing Stolas to produce a "more obedient replacement" if Octavia were to fall victim to the overdose she was currently undergoing.
About how she used the same methods to conceive Octavia in the first place.
That last revelation was met with Octavia's denial at first. But then, she saw her father. The look of his traumatized face as he looked down, breathing heavily.
It was all true. Octavia wasn't just the product of an unhappy marriage. She was the byproduct of her father's trauma. His violation at the hands of his now ex-wife.
Octavia began hyperventilating. Panic flooded her entire system. Her thoughts were racing. She shouldn't be here. She wasn't supposed to exist.
And that's when it happened.
BABUMPBABUMPBABUMPBABUMPBABUMP!
Her heart, already straining from the pills, combined with her current panic, was finally starting to give way.
She collapsed to the ground, her body seizing as her eyes rolled upward and her lungs started to "breathe" agonally. A horrible snore-like sound from her mouth, signaling the brain's last ditch efforts to keep her body running after her heart had stopped.
She was fading in and out. Flashes and faint sounds.
One flash, her mother gleefully telling the others to let her die.
Another, Loona close to her, pressing her hands down her chest rhythmically. Trying to keep her alive.
Another, Blitzø, the person her father loved most, telling the others to get her to the office.
The last thing she remembers faintly hearing was her father grieving.
And his imp lover comforting him, telling him that she didn't die hating him. And that she realized that he loved her.
Ba... Bump... Ba... Bump... Ba... Bump... Ba... Bump...
Her heart was beating again. Weak and bruised, but alive.
