the euphoria label goes far back to 2005 when it was yg entertainmentโs first subsidiary label, namedย jxi entertainment. until seo sunji, the founder of the company decided to disassociate the labelโs identity from the major entertainment company in 2009. despite cutting ties from yg entertainment, the major company often transferred ex-trainees to euphoria entertainment, as a form of compensation. the euphoria label successfully debuted their first major artist,ย seo aram, the founderโs daughter, who was made ceo in 2019, after her father died of an accident. the conclusion of his death was made unsolved, which was later named as one of the most mysterious deaths in the k-pop industry.
