I love that my arms are smaller. The things I’m noticing about my body are amazing me but I still have a long way to go.

We went hiking yesterday and we had so much fun! I’ve officially lost 40lbs all together and I can actually walk up the stairs here now. I love her and I love that she goes on adventures with me. ❤️

Since my Zumba instructor has been out a month, I finally went back to the gym. 😅 I’ve been a few times with Danielle but this was the first full gym session I’ve had in a while.

Changed my ultimate goal weight to: Happy.

Because if I keep getting what I want from the scale and it’s still not enough and I need to keep digging lower, there’s something else I’m looking for.
