Pre-slash Summer, 1997: sort of an AU? but it still feels very canon tskym to me. freaking creative. WE HAVE AKITERU AND KEI BONDING IN THIS ONE. and tsukihina friendship. check ohmymai's works, they are freaking talented and underrated.

The Choice: discussing where to go for high school. it's sweet.

Canon timeline:

Telephone Lines: it's one of the tskym fics that have really stuck with me. it's just really beautiful. childhood tskym intertwined with current tskym.

i wanna make you mine (but that's hard to say): it's hilarious. like, honestly hilarious. tsukki is so real in this one.

Hum Along: kinda long, plot is freaking creative and beautiful. both of them are characterized incredibly. i can't recommend this one enough.

Feeling like I go too slowly: i put it in this category though it does stretch to tskym's childhood, but it too covers their stay in karasuno. REALLY CUTE AND FUN (tho you have to be a registered user to read this one. anyway, i really recommend you to be a registered user. you'd be missing jewels like this one if not)

Behind Your Back: do not read this one if you haven't read the manga. no timeskip spoilers, but spoilers in the outcome of nationals. if you have read the manga or do not mind some spoilers, definitely read this one. it changed my life.

levels of investment: this too changed my life, but because of how freaking funny it was. really, we need more karasuno centric fics. MORE KARASUNO PRATICE MATCHES CENTRIC FICS.

Post-canon:

Fridgespace: if Hum Along is hilarious, this one is straight up hysterical. kind of a crackfic. love crackfics.

Third year captain Yamaguchi good-cop-bad-cops the first years with Tsukishima and it pisses off anyone who actually knows them.

Tsukishima, snidely mocking the first years who keep fumbling the receives and telling them exactly what they're doing wrong but is *so mean* about it.

Yamaguchi steps in and snaps at Tsukishima to leave them alone and then flatters them and tells them theyre working hard and thats what matters.

All the first years, later, to Hinata, are praising their captain like "He's so nice!!! and he always sticks up for me!!! and he always puts that BULLY in his place!!!"

and Hinata just shifts around awkwardly not sure if he should tell them that Yamaguchi watched and laughed as they got yelled at for like 40 seconds before deciding Tsukki had gotten the point across.

Instead he just offers to help with their receives.

Ukai and Takeda in a secret relationship bc of workplace rules; Daichi and Suga in a secret relationship because of not wanting to disturb the teams equilibrium; Asahi and Noya in secret relationship due to anxiety and everything being new; Tsukki and Yamaguchi in a secret relationship bc privacy is important; Kageyama and Hinata in a secret relationship bc they're embarassed.

Everyone so absorbed in hiding their relationships that they keep fumbling incredibly obvious clues about the other relationships.

*Tsukki and Yamaguchi, accidentally stumbling in on Daichi and Suga in the broom closet, frantically smoothing down their clothes*

Daichi: hahahaha this looks bad we were just...... uh.....

Suga: Cleaning! And I... accidentally spilled cleaner. Thats why I was helping him change.

Daichi: ....yes, that.

*Tsukishima and Yamaguchi, who stopped listening the moment they set foot in here frantically trying to figure out an excuse for what they were doing coming into the closet 20 minutes after practice*

Yamaguchi, panicking: Ok. We're here to count brooms.

Daichi, whose more concerned about getting out of this without questions and doesnt realize how crazy that is: hahha yeah there's like six.
