Turmeric Face Mask:
We are recently finding out the amazing benefits of turmeric and the body... but did you know it works great as a face mask giving you a glowing complexion? Â
I use my home made turmeric mask at least twice a week. Â You can use a variety of ingredients but this is what I typically use:
1 cup chickpea flour aka Besan Flour
3 tablespoons of turmeric (powdered form)
Almond/Coconut milk (enough to form a paste)
and lemon juice
