I got this apple tree from someone today. They just gave it to me? It has like three little baby ones growing next to it. I don’t have the ability to grow this tree! Why didn’t I say no, thank you?! I’m giving it to my coworker. I need to stop being such a people pleaser.

I kinnnnnda of got reprimanded at my job today for not getting my stuff done in a “timely fashion,” while simultaneously telling me I’m an “amazing worker.”

In order words- I’m amazing and slow when it comes to my work ethic.

Today-

My roommate accidentally got a small spec of tar (from our bong for smoking weed) on the apartment cat and then he proceeded to grab the cat and cut the spot out with scissors stating that he refuses to deal with a high cat.

My other roommate proceeded to show me a TikTok of a shirtless old man in overalls dancing to a song.

Everyday-

I’m thankful for my roommates and DWTS playing in the background amidst it all.
