Your family has done business with lots of men, in legal terms, and some in not-so-legal contexts.
Alamo's operations were one of your family's business partners, from supplying drugs and investments, to occasionally helping with taking care of a little bit of dirty work.
You however, had already been aware of your parent's underground shenanigans ever since you were 18 years old, when they finally agreed that you were old enough to understand how the family has kept the fortune for generations.
And since you're the only child of the family, your parents had told you that you must understand how business works, because one day you'll inherit all of it.
So they sent you to a very important meeting that involves business negotiations and contracts with none other than Alamo.
He had arranged a meeting in his house, and your parents had been adamant about taking security, that's when you realized that Alamo is someone you'd rather not mess with.
Negotiations are settled, and contracts are signed, then you notice a tall man, quiet, cold, mysterious, and very non chalant.
He piqued your interest from day.
Little did you know, you piqued his too.
To like Bishop in a romantic way, is no easy job.
After a few weeks of business meetings, a few more weeks of underground business with Alamo, you've become well acquainted with Bishop.
Getting to know him at first was like talking to a wall, but you were persistent and kept trying.
Eventually, he started talking to you back and little by little, the two of you were having actual conversations.
But you're constantly taken aback by his character, calm and monotone.
Yet you also found it to be very attractive.
One night, after deciding to pay a visit to the silver slipper to negotiate more with Alamo, you got carried away by the club's atmosphere and started drinking a few too many drinks.
Thank god you had a driver with you.
On your way out, you hadn't noticed that Bishop had been following you.
You wouldn't know why until later on, but he wanted to make sure that you at least got back to your car safely.
You turned around by the parking lot, your head clouded by all the alcohol.
You looked at his lips, then it was all you could ever think about.
You slowly walked towards him, looking at his eyes for what felt like an eternity, then finally kissed him.
“I work for Alamo. You're his business partner.”
How you would do everything for him
You kept your relationship a secret for a while, you didn't know how your parents would react.
Eventually, the DEA was closing in on Alamo and you had only little time left.
Your parents had realized this before hand, and had already cleaned up to ensure that your family wouldn't get caught in the crossfire.
But even then, you couldn't stomach the thought of Bishop being taken away.
You know about the work he does, and what he's done, but love is a powerful drug, and love is what binds you together.
You pulled a few strings, called a lot of people, and spent sleepless days planning.
In the end Alamo's operations seized, but you had managed to save Bishop.
You wouldn't tell your parents about your relationship until a few days later.
It didn't take long for them to do a background check, realize he's quite the asset, and eventually approve him.
Only thing is, now he works for your family.
The little moments together
You love his voice, albeit he doesn't talk much.
But when he does, you grab a blanket, curl up next to him, and treat him as your personal ASMRtist
He notices this, and despite you not listening to him explain why slasher film serial killers are inefficient, he keeps talking until you drift to sleep.
He's extremely terrifying, you know the fact that people constantly get taken aback by his character, but strangely enough, you find it to be really attractive.
He doesn't say it, but the moment he makes his mind up about the two of you, the only way out now is death and in a bodybag.
To others, he's a cold blooded man who's ruthless and terrifying.
But to you, he will always have a soft spot, one that is only visible to no one but you.
