Having a full day doesn’t always mean having a fulfilling day. Find the things that make you feel each day is long and worthy of practically bathing in, instead of being a busy, automaton-like slosh.
There’s a difference, and you’ll notice it.

Remember when you could just run in the trees for a whole afternoon and it felt like pure magic? Seek out that feeling today, in an activity you do every day or one you haven’t done in a while. Take a walk in the park, buy your favorite food and binge on it, write to your best friend in long-hand and stamp-form.
Whatever it is, actively seek to recreate that feeling of pure joy.
This is where our journey begins.
