Sometimes I like to imagine my lover is born from the moon because why else would I love stars so much?

Why else would the moons light comfort and amaze me? Why else do I love sleeping days away just so I can stand outside and stare up at her?

She is the most beautiful thing in the sky, my eyes are drawn to her even in the day.

I can't wait for the day I meet her. I can't wait to admire her, love her, crave her all the same. Except then I would be able to hold her in my arms.
