What have you guys been up to recently? I'm sure I'm not the only one who misses EIP!

(obligatory sorry for the delayed response; we kind of forgot Tumblr existed)We’ve been up to a lot! We stopped caring about YouTube because we could either 1) force a not-so-funny video every week or 2) do projects we care about and put some more effort into them (looking at our ghost town of a YouTube channel, i’ll let you guess which option we chose)With that being said, we have Asylum of Fear (formerly called When The Lights Go Out) releasing for streaming/renting/purchasing later this month! On top of that, we just released a short titled Two Minutes Till Impact (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rj7PdRTC50) and Craig and I are working on season 2 of Vigilant!We’ve been quiet, but still here and still doing our thing :)

A while back, there were interview videos on the EIP channel with Allen, Craig, Joe, Lars and Kyle. I was wondering if those can still be found on YouTube somewhere.

Hi everyone,

Here’s a brief break from our traditional self-deprecation and sarcasm to say something important. Yes, the election was last night. Yes, Trump won. If you’ve opened your eyes or unplugged your ears at any point today, you’ve already heard.

To those who are upset by the results of the election. I get it. I absolutely do. I’ve spent the last year watching Trump say things that are objectively racists, sexist, bigoted, and packed full of lies and half-truths based on logical fallacies and hyperbolic assumptions. Then, after seeing the results of the election last night, I was genuinely saddened that anyone can hear what he says and still think, “Yeah, he should totally be our leader.” Opinions of Hillary Clinton aside, it’s understandably confusing and upsetting that he received a single vote.

With that said…

Being angry doesn’t help anyone. Moving to another country (or, let’s be honest, threatening to move to another country) doesn’t help anyone. Deleting Facebook friends who disagree with you doesn’t help anyone. Getting into arguments with friends, family members, and coworkers doesn’t help anyone. The fact is, the election is over, and he won. So now what?

If you think Trump doesn’t speak for you and the issues that matter, then find a way to speak for yourself in ways that help the community become a better place.  Volunteer to help people who need it. Donate to Planned Parenthood. Donate to the NAACP.  Stand up for the minorities that Trump bashes.  Do everything you can to improve educational opportunities in your community.

Use the results of this election to force yourself to step up and become a better member of your community and peacefully and rhetorically stand up for the things that matter to you. THAT’S what we can all do. Rather than having a knee-jerk reaction in the form of anger, get motivated to help your community since our new president probably won’t.

Be better than him, okay? It’s easy to do, I promise.

Im here to ask if you would hit the quan for Jesus Christ? And thank you guys, I've been a fan since the beginning.👌

I feel old because I just had to look up “hit the quan” on urban dictionary :(According to urban dictionary, hitting the quan has something to do with dancing to mimic a rapper’s words. Unfortunately, the only thing I’ve done for Jesus Christ in the last 20 or so years was pretend to be asleep or busy on religious holidays so as to avoid going with my family to his hizzouse.

hey you guys are the greatest, thank you so much for some of the best content on youtube! are you going to be putting a second season of Vigilant online & if so do you know when (because season one was wonderful)

Thank you! Season 2 is in the works, but slowly. Unfortunately, the first season didn’t take off quite like we were hoping, so we had to ask ourselves, “Do we put in another 12 months worth of our lives for a couple thousand views, or do we pivot our focus elsewhere?” We don’t want to leave anyone hanging, so we’re planning on completing the story with a second season, but it’s a slow process
